I like to PvP, and PvE. Usually wearing an Exo Suit nowadays. Unlocking it is easy with no cheats needed anymore, and usually on a server, official or unofficial, I'm not fussed. Single Player is great though, certainly with a guide for any platform be it xbox, ps4, ps5, pc, it's great. Sometimes play MTS, and usually post patch/update. But a survival game needs some community news and that's what I do, giving you the latest on events, small tribes, maybe even fast flyers and primitive plus, usually covering all maps from Island to Genesis Part 2. And one day. ARK 2!

For anyone who didnt know, you can spawn dinos with a much simpler command. Instead of , for example typing: Cheat gmsummon rex_character_bp_c to spawn a rex you could just type Sdf rex and then the level you want ( Sdf rex 100)

@@icyturtle4128 he left out part of the command, you have to do "Sdf (dinosaur name) 1 100". The 1 is if you want the dinosaur already tamed and you could also put 0 if you want it wild and want to tame it yourself
If I’m doing SDF of aberrant variants, how would I do that? I’ve tried underscores and spaces but neither are working. Trying to do a direbear
The ghost cheat has REALLY helped me when dinos get stuck. One of my favorites
This was an awesome list, I didn't know some of these commands existed and certainly didn't know you could destroy a specific type of Dino
Thank you Raasclark. I'm on single player and figured I'd spawn in some kibble because I'm not making it. Just stating how to enter admin command helps immensely.
I've used GFI, dotame, GMsummon, and Destroywilddinos.
But I think, by far, the command I use most is refillstats. I just cannot be bothered to wait for dino hp to go up while leveling them quickly for boss fights or between bossfights.
A command I use alot is "t.maxfps 60" to cap my framerate when recording. Great little command for pc

I would have loved if the "saveworld" command was on there. That auto saves whatever world you're on. I learned this admin command the day after I lost my character and didn't know how to spawn a new one in and get that going. Poo.
Hadn’t even thought of that command, despite using it all the time to safeguard important progress against crashes.
Right thumbstick click on Xbox I believe…
I go to my inventory menu and the “saving” thing happens everytime I click it and the left one gives every item a description of said item
Go into settings and click “save and exit” saves your game.

The summon command that lets you choose positioning from you is pretty awesome. As I believe I told you, you could be a camera. So you could have a camera looking at someone’s base and just go crazy by filling it with dodo’s and they won’t ever know.

If I am not using GCM, then "cheat infiniteweight" and "cheat infinitestats" are a must while building. My friend always uses "cheat LeaveMeAlone" when starts on a new map so she can explore in peace.
About that ghost mode, you are so right...I fell into the map so many times and had to "cheat fly" my way back up for over 20 min so many times, that I gave up using that command anymore.
Also, "cheat infinitestats" works like a charm when you upgraded your Dino's HP lvls and you don't want to spend ages in there force feeding it to heal up.
For that last part just hop on the Dino and do "refillstats" it'll put them to full health and wtv else

There's one i use quite a lot, which is refillstats it fills up your water, hunger, stamina and health, and if your riding a dinosaur then it refills their stats, very good for if you or your dinosaur are about to die

The destroywilddinoclasses was super helpful. Didn't know about that option. I set all my extra rexs to aggressive wander on my SP server. They went in the river and killed all the fish for like a week. Now I have like 200 Spinos and a bazillion Sarcos. Hardly any fish at least in my local river. Plus the 3 Gigas on my map are like 30, 50, and 60. Be nice to clear them out. I'd just do a whole map wipe but there's some solid lvl creatures of other types I'd like to tame up.

On pc most people use an INI which u use in files and it's more customizable previewmode is only what ppl use on console

Oh memories… first day in rag and in the game and I will get lost at night..unfamiliar to the game and always hungry… reaching a group once next to a campfire…begging for some food (berries didn’t fill me up or stopped my starvation for more than 20 secs)with emotes since I didn’t know how to type in game chat on Xbox 😢
I’ve been messing around with the sdfride command, and you are able to become the king titan as well as alpha creatures.
How did you manage the king 1? I was experimenting and could only get the normal titans lol

How about a top ten ways you level fast (including note runs or not)?
Top ten things you would do or tame on each map? (I thought of this because YT suggested your Top 10 Things to do on Gen2, but then I realized you did that before it was released. I wonder how different peoples answers would be now?)
Setbabyage is very useful while mutation breeding, I use it a lot on single player. Other than that I use, saveworld, gamma, gcm while building a base, settargetdinocolor after finishing mutations, and infinitestats if I am afk while mutation breeding.
I might start using summon command with the level once in a blue moon, having to tame 15+ dinos for decent stats is rough.

indeed gamma is a command, but not an admincommant. Servers can disable it in their files if they want to.
Just found out about admin commands today, maybe I tamed the whole of ragnarok, maybe I didn’t...
for everyone trying to get the classes command to work its updated to cheat DestroyWildDinoClasses "Ankylo_Character_BP_C" 1 and yes the " are needed. 1 is the Matching type, so with 1 it will only delete the dino's that match exactly to the BP

Also there is a command that is getegg 75 this allows you to get an egg from any dinosaur wild or tamed and the number after represents the number of muts you want that egg to have
The hatchegg or setimprintquality commands are ones I use alot
I dint know about the aoe and the color 1 but I use all of these
destroywilddinos, fly and ghost are my main used
So after 1500 hours in ark, i discovered cheat sdf to spawn wild dinos at a given level
They should add a command to kill bosses easier like rockwell and master controll and when you type the command and it just teleports you to the boss death

My favorite is “saveworld” it’s really good for single player especially on console since the game can crash easily.

I'm not sure why but my GM summon commands are no longer working no matter what map I'm on which server am I on or when I'm playing single-player or multiplayer I can't get gmsummon the work I can only wild summon everything
Is there a Command that allows you to edit your characters physical appearance without losing your stats? I made my character back in 2017 and he’s so buff that he clips through everything XD

PlayersOnly command is useful in conjunction with forcetame if you’re trying to hit a fast creature with forcetame but can’t aim it PlayersOnly immobilizes dinos

Thanks, I just tamed a bee for the honey and for some reason it just… disappeared. It didn’t die, it wasn’t under the map, it just vanished. I was able to summon another one though!

Gcm, gfi, and paint dino after I figured out how to use have been my favorite cheats. Gcm and paint dino makes my girlfriend happy. While I have Notes setup on my phone for gfi codes. Thankfully Ark you can input codes at the same time using a , and man that made things so much easier since We play on console.

Guys, do force taming beasts make them lose their characteristics? Ex: beaver force tames does it reduce wood weight by 50?
Forcé taming a creature is the same as taming it normally I believe. I don’t really ever do it but I think nothing changed

Side note: "Destroywilddinos" *ALSO* applies to creatures you are currently taming...it's seems obvious when someone says it, but it didn't seem that way the first (and only) time I made the mistake.

Sadly prevviewmode didn’t make the top 10 I use that one a lot probably caus I’m a pvp player and it’s just so useful for pvp

@@take2...669 it gives you a brighter screen the graphics are lower but the night looks almost the same as day, it gives you just a brighter screen which makes it very useful for pvp
