- Today we will show you how to use Ark Cheats, Ark Admin Commands, and Ark Console Commands on any console of Ark. This full Ark Cheats Guide will show you how to use Ark Admin Commands to fix glitches and restore lost items and dinosaurs in Ark: Survival Evolved. This admin commands guide will teach you to use cheats on Ark Switch, Ark PS4, Ark XboxOne, and Ark on PC.

This was actually so helpful every time I tried using a command it I'd select the button and nothing would happen. Havinig the cheats enabled and putting admin cheat before it fixed it and your the first person to actually mention those in a video. Very helpful thankyou!

No worries, that's great that you're almost done moving! That is a HUGE accomplishment! Soon you can build a new house on Ark and move in there too :D You can have a yard sale for the dinos you don't use anymore. And sorry it took so long to make this. As you can see there's a lot to unpack so it took some time lol.

Awesome video, there are wyverns in switch, but they're invisible if you summon them, along with other aberration creatures and scorched earth creatures. Maybe some from rag, but I haven't tried yet.
That's pretty crazy! I Haven't tried to summon a Wyvern on switch myself but I've heard a lot of people have the same issue. I wish Switch got all the updates but hopefully someday :)

I was level 90 with a few dinos and when I tried to log back in one day it went acted like I had never played. Gave me the new game start screen and that was it. This will help thanks

super useful and amazing iam a nevwbie playing on switch and even though I was wearing armor made from peak metal and carrying around a gun which could ohko a trike SOME BLOODY TRODONS THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FONY TO TORPOR ME FOR ETERNITY AND I WASNT DYING NOR WAS I MOVING so I just used console commands and showed them my smite

the fly speed is way too fast!!
how do I slow it down without slowing everything else down?
Goggling hasn't helped...
other then that when using "slomo" it will slow everything down, not just my character.
I believe I have creation mode enabled as well

Oh that is so cool! I know a couple of people who have their own server for Ark and they really like playing with just a couple friends. It eliminates any strangers that aren't so fun to play with lol. I haven't researched hosting Ark myself, but I think I've heard of a couple TH-camrs using Nitrado, so it may be a good option :) Let me know how that goes, and also if you're interested in other people joining. I have a lot of nice subscribers on here who periodically ask about servers they might join :)
I've heard a lot of good opinions about gportal never tried it myself but i know a couple people who have and they seem happy with it

@@ArkSurvivalGuide Opps, I meant to say rent a server. LOL sorry about that. We are no where even close to knowing how to host a server. My husband really likes the hunting part most of all on ARK and collecting animals.
No worries, most people rent a server for Ark if they get a private one :) If you find the right people I hear Ark online can be really fun, but some people are NO fun to play with lol. And that's a great way to team up if you let your husband do the hunting and taming while you gather, create, and build stuff :)

so i am playing singleplayer on xbox one, and i just can't get any of the give item (gfi, giveitemnum, etc) to work. i bring up the box, i test to see if fly is working, and when i punch in the cheat, no matter how i put it in it won't go in, once i hit the button to finish the input it does not show what i put actually IN the admin command input box, it's just blank. Any ideas?
I first ran into this issue trying to recover a lost skin that was supposed to respawn in my inventory after death but none of the set does for some reason, and have tried with many other items to see if it was maybe something about that item, it just aint workin out...

(NINTENDO SWITCH PLAYER) Thank you so much for these commands but I recently used the god mode and I tried to reverse it but I was still in god mode. I tried writing god with caps no caps parentheses and it was still in God Mode I tried to exit my game and create a new one but I was still in god mode so I’m just asking if there is another way to disable God Mode for switch players thanks

Sorry about that Judi! The Ark Wiki website usually has item IDs and a different longer code, which may work instead.

Ark: Survival Guide yep all good I’ll start watching you again because I’m starting get more interesting in ark because I stopped because it takes maybe a week to get a good base but in less than in hour it’s all gone so maybe I’ll doing what you do being a solo and just add a couple of my friends
Oh yeah, that's another reason I don't play Ark online. I just don't have the free time to invest a lot of hours into building only to have someone wipe it out. If you just want to play around and have fun, some of these cheat codes in this video might make Ark more enjoyable for you :) I started on The Island map while I was learning on PS4 and just made Ark easymode. Then when I had the hang of it, I played full legit default settings on The Center map. Also, if you use some of the gathering tricks in this guide series, you can get enough materials for an entire big base in just 10-20 minutes :)

I am not exactly sure how to accomplish this. I am creating a non dedicated game for my wife and I on Xbox One X.
I as the host can see the admin commands. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to get her to be able to use the Admin commands.
I don't really like cheats, but currently (before the update hopefully changes something) official servers on Switch are not playable. You get this "awesome" terrain water glitch which basicially tells you " I am about to crash any moment :) " and dinos just clipping in your base on the ground and just vanish.
I seen a unicorn in the red woods and it is a passive tame and it needs taming food in your last slot
what the hell that admin logging is great it works on the switch I'm trying that out on ps4 is that admin commands thingy official lol?

Hi, @Verdades Ocultas, Sorry to hear that! The Ghost command is pretty crazy. Usually for me when I log out then back in, ghost disappears. You can also try using "ghost" again which may turn it off. Also try punching in "walk", "cheat walk", or "admincheat walk", which should turn it off. Let me know if that works :)

Hi @Super Chis, What console are you playing Ark on, and are you online or solo? One thing you can do is try the "/fly" or "admincheat fly" to make sure any admin commands work first. Which dino are you trying to spawn in?

On mine, I am the administrator however entering in enablecheats 123 , it doesn't say admin command, it has request admin and it doesn'twork

you need an admin password that you choose in server settings
Has this happened to anyone else I'd love to know how to fix it. Well I have a recurring problem with my game. I can be playing normally for about an hour or 2 and get all the way to level 23 from the start. Then at random it kicks me off the game. I get back in and all the work I've done is still there but I've been knocked back down to level 10 to 14 with a fraction of the engram points I had at that level before. So I CAN NOT get most of my already unlocked engrams back. Oh yea I forgot I also found out that all the stuff I unlocked had been locked again. This has happened EVERY TIME I try to play for a few hours. I leave for a day and get back on and it still happens when I reach around level 25

I think my game is broken I’m on xbox, the commands doesn’t work I’ll press on the bar and my keyboard for Xbox doesn’t show up, I can’t name my tamed Dino’s or name my characters name
I'm so sorry to hear that! Naming dinosaurs is so much fun. I don't have an Xbox but I'm pretty good at tech support. Try removing anything plugged into any of the USB ports, then hold down the power button for 15 seconds to make sure it's totally turned off. You might even want to unplug the console for a good 30 seconds after it's shut off. Apparently that will sometimes fix this issue. Let me know how that goes, I hope it helps! :)

Hi, Soul, are you playing on a single-player game offline or online on a server? And which console are you playing Ark on? You have to be the admin if you're online, and punch in "enablecheats (password)" and punch in the server password if you're an admin. You might want to try "enablecheats" first even if you're offline. And you can also try "admincheat" instead of "cheat" in any of the commands to see if that helps. Let me know if any of that works :)

Hi Meredith, you're totally right. I wanted to make an Ark Switch guide but the Switch graphics just aren't sharp enough to use for a TH-cam video. So the next best thing was to record on PC and explain everything via Switch (which is almost exactly the same, except for the Wyverns and controls).

How about the switch lite
Unfortunately neither version of Switch runs Ark super well, but I have a feeling with all the next gen consoles and their SSD drives, we will probably see a better Switch coming out in the near future :) And there's hope for Ark when it has more processing power to work with.

Oh weird, did you double-check the command to make sure every character is correct? And did you try summoning some different dinos? You might also be able to do it it you use "cheat summontamed (dino)" or "admincheat summontamed (dino)". Let me know if any of that helps :)
