My exact feelings also, nice but not anything to write home about.Great review £40 when we left Iona 10th of December I not sure that would be money well spent I think other places on board would be a better place to spend your money.

Hi Ray, wow £40! In our opinion it is not worth £40 per person at present, and as you said, there are far better places onboard to spend less money, and get better food.

Thank you for this review! We've booked to go on Iona next may and we were thinking of treating ourselves to a meal here, expecting it to be fantastic!
This his made me decided to save our money x

Thank you Donna. Unfortunately it was just not as good in Iona. However we really do recommend Sindhu or Keel & Cow if you fancy a treat. Linzi and Mark

I think it is time for P&O to change both menus, they have been exactly the same for the last four years. NO restaurant anywhere else could get away with that.

Completely agree Alison, that sort of menu does need updating to get people to return more than once. Of course you have the two different menus, but even then, to not change them for four years seems too long.

Just booked this yesterday, so this got us in the mood. All looked good except your starter no matter what it tasted like I would be thinking of our cats dinner! Thanks for sharing

Glad it's helping get you in the mood for it. Definitely pass on the cats dinner. It tasted similar to how it looked.

Thank you Terry, it was a lovely weekend (Mark's Birthday). How are you?
Apart from the lack of it being done as a show dessert, with the flames, it was still lovely. Linzi & Mark

Hi Emma, yes it did, it was lovely. You couldn't eat more than one, but that one was very good. Linzi & Mark

The snow crab starter is divine and gives me the Sindhu bread and butter feeling lol. I could eat it all day long x

He he he Caroline, that snow crab was the best part of the meal by a long way. We could eat it again right now. Linzi and Mark
