Man you clearly don't seem to understand the classic retro design appeal of the Himalayan,most prefer the analog instruments which is a joy to look at and it has enough gauges to take you around the world, they're not outdated and we don't miss or want a TFT display, the KTM looks just like any other bike, nothing special about it, the Himalayan looks much more better than the KTM which is another reason why the KTM will fail or will never be as successful as the Himalayan!

Bhaijan done 30000 on himalayan and not happy.....after 20000 km its gives tremendous problems.... 3time clutch plate change.....3time master sylender kit change....2time front break wire change...rare wheel hub change...2time chain set change....and i had to change side stand and roll over sensor too....and i am not a knob rider.....i it can't take pro offroading then what kind of off roader it is.....tell me is it wroth spending this much of money this types of iron
Agreed. 250 is simply overpriced by at least 30-40k. Its better to stretch for the 390adv

I feel KTM Adventure would be better for both commutes and highway touring (state and NH) with pillion. You'll think like me if you're planning ADVs for badly built roads, not offroads really; it is for the exact same reason people in India buy SUVs instead of sedans.
I completely agree you with the point you're making here. It is for the same reason that I'm planning to buy KTM Adventure 250 as the roads are under construction at my place from past 1 year and it will not be going to change anytime soon.
You also missed a point that the Himalayan has spoke wheels which means if you are on a tour and your tyre gets a puncture then tata bye bye to 2 to 3 hours to fix the puncture instead of tubeless tyre in ktm

@@YASHWAGH001 Don't worry about height. More than height you need to be strong physically to handle the bike as it is heavy.
In my opinion the ktm 250 engine doesn't have sufficient torque at low rpms which makes it very difficult to ride it on uphills and off road because you have to constantly work your gears and throttle.
The himalayan and ktm 390 engine provide sufficient low rpm torque that gives you the confidence and comfort to go uphill.
So, in my opinion, if you want to go into the mountains you should prefer Himalayan or adv 390 or gs310.
If you don't want to go uphill and off-road and just want to cruise the highway, go for duke 250 as it works just as well on highways.
Just my opinion, not an expert.

Himalayan ka big problem hai vibration. 120kmph is the average speed at highways and it vibrates a lot. Whereas adv goes up to 130 easily

Yeah Buddy it does, But the only problem you will get on Domi is Of The Millage , a Lil Tank and Mirror Vibration , but overall Dominar 400 is a Real VFM

Listen guys. Stop being living only in words, through Eveyone knows royal Enfield is a older company and trustable. Bur that doesn't actually make any sense that old is gold. I like Himalayan too. But KTM still holds the capacity to concentrate our eyes in their bikes. See when people used to comment such a cringe thing like "Loha loha hota hein plastic plastic hota hein" by heart jyst speaks that vai bottle manufacturing wale plastics se dhache nehi bante dost. Iron is cheaper then alloys, they didn't focus on electric fecilities, overall every bike design is somehow old. Engine is old, tyres are tubeless, headlights are halogen, same analogue display, these all equipments make it cheaper in price . In other hand KTM focuses in long life term the price may be quite high but they try to give almost everything in a single investment. If you buy a Himalayan the bike will show many diseases over time . 50-60k will end up for maintaining its performance. And ultimately you end up spending much money for it. But KTM , "ride it or break it , it goona roar as it was" . From my opinion every bikr has some advantages and disadvantage. The choice is upon you , if you are living in a city or village area with broken roads stone path ,and wanted to go 100km-200km, give your all money to adventure . And if you wanted to climb mountain give your money to royal Enfield.
(Just a logic: may be you goona search ,best off roading bike and you finally buy it , but still you spend maximum of your time riding it in your own city. And 👇
KTM knows it.)
