- This was during our boarding procedure at KLIA for this Dubai International Airport (DXB) bound Boeing 777-300ER. Check out my other video which has the recordings of its GE90-115B engines starting up.
Love your video! Thanks for the upload!
The video quality is very good and there is no recoils... Very good mate, I'll subscribe you chanel :)
it's an app called GPS Time which gives the user very precise time from the GPS signals and also the altitude.
Nice video. Thanks for sharing ! Will have a transit for in Dubai to break up my trip to europe soon. 16 hrs transit.
looks like the meal service is large. great vidéo merci
Generally yes I find Emirates the best, but on this occasion I had various problems with the aircraft on my inbound 777-300ER. My seat's recline won't hold its place as the controls were broken and the headphone jack was broken too.
Very nice video! What camera do you use? Are you use some kind of stadycam?
Did you like the service that Emirates gave to you?
just a small Olympus E-PM1 no steadycam or anything like that. I take the videos with Image Stabilisation set to Off then use TH-cam to stabilise it.
it depends what level of accuracy you need vs how many satellites it's locked on to.
Very good video of an excellent airline and plane.
Suhail Shafi thank you :)
Thank you.
Nice Video
Seriously a Barometer to check cabin pressure?
How did you get to walk through the first class gate?
what are you man??? a pilot??? or an engineer???
Emrities 380 2mh nice plane.and wonderful service. I like it 2mh
Yeah large aircraft but isn't as comfortable and safe as the 777.
Brian Su You say it isn't as safe as the Boeing 777, but the 777 has had a few accidents and crashes, whereas the A380 has only suffered a few incidents and one accident, with no crashes.
The Boeing 777 is my favourite aircraft, but I'd be lying if I said it's safer than the A380, as of this point in time.
***** That's partly because the 777 had been in service for much longer. At the present time the A380 develops problems in flight very often. The pilots have to frequently deal with multiple system failures during routine flights. This is oblivious to the passengers because the aircraft does have redundant systems to fall back to, however it's worth noting that such events very rarely occur on the 777. This is largely due to the A380's heavy use of electro-hydraulic systems. Personally I would prefer to avoid flying on an aircraft that has been safe because it feel back to its backup systems half of the time.
To be honest, A380 is much more comfortable than the 777,both planes are good but A380 Wins The Safety And Comfort Man
Well A380 pilots always complain about brakes overheating, fuel pump failing etc because Airbus builds their planes like sports cars, i.e. everything is minimised to reduce drag and weight. Even their wings are tiny and supercritical which makes for a rougher ride for the passengers. Of course the A380 feels better and more comfortable as it is much newer, bigger and heavier than the 777 and it isn't exactly comparing apples with apples. Take 2 comparable aircraft side by side, e.g. 777-300ER vs A346 or Dreamliner vs A350. Boeing comes out top. I haven't flown on the new 747-8 so can't compare that with the A380.
I was on that flight on may 24th and i was seat 36k on the way there and 35k on the way back
What flight number??? Ek409
is it the trent 900.
No that's totally incorrect. Rolly-Royce don't even have the technology to make engines for this aircraft. There is only 1 make and model that is compatible, as mentioned the GE90-115B.
By the way the smaller 777 aircrafts can be powered by the Trent 800, not 900
You are dead right,is the 787 using the trent 1000.
Are you a pilot yourself or are you an engineer or just like aircraft.
Thanks anyway for the info.
ian neil Yeap. The 787 Deamliner and the new 747-8 (currently the longest aircraft in the world) are powered by the Trent 1000. Dreamliner is an awesome aircraft, check out my other video on it. The new proposed Boeing 777-9X will be the longest aircraft in the world when it's out.
emirates is the best
they're quite often the cheapest option for me.
Just did it like that :)
At part 0:32 instead of saying "a shot of the aircraft" you could say "a glimpse of the aircraft" to sound more proper English
+MadzMaster Thanks.
GPS altitude is not reliable, unfortunately.
Can you send me pictures if the meals?
no way... many airlines are better than Qantas. Etihad, Virgin Atlantic for example.
Me to
At 0:33 did anyone saw mr bean
England
I will send you a link to the pictures in a Private Message. Please check your TH-cam inbox.
hahaha I'm definitely not a pilot.
The worst airline in 777 guise. 3/4/3 is so cramped and the aisle are reduced size too. Decent carrier give you 2/4/2 on 777. I did 4 sectors on this, never again.
Most airlines use 3-3-3 on 777s not 2-4-2 ;) 2-4-2 is only on A330s-A340s
Yes, quite right, 3/3/3 .
3/4/3 is close to dangerous, you cant get down the aisle !
