The fact that this is the nicest kitchen in Australia is mind blowing. It is incredibly basic and there is nothing that I can even see that makes it unique.
This is undoubtedly a lovely, cosy house which was very well designed, specially because it’s been built mixing wooden elements that contrast greatly with all the industrialised materials used such as the main marbling floor which was a fantastic choice as it’s not just beautiful for its colour and easy to match but durable and easy to clean too. I just think - in my humble opinion- that the backgarden, specially the very part that surrounds the swimming pool, deserved a proper, greenish, landscape project with lots of plants and trees not only to enhance the whole building but also to keep a cool temperature around rather than the plain grass chosen. As for the footage presenter, I must say you are lovely too, very enthusiastic, has a very convincing and descriptive language (with a lovely Aussie Accent) and I quite like you...well done!

This is an unapologetically luxurious home absent the unnecessary pretentiousness that all too often accompanies houses of such an exacting standard. In other words: It's brilliant.
This is a genuis piece. I love what i look like outside. All white and mistery then was shocked once u opened the door. The painting tho and very elegant
I am a big fan of interiors with black elements, natural woodtones, white painted walls and especially a sunken lounge. The black bathroom is probably my favourite room in the house. (yes I prefer the black bathroom over the black kitchen) This home is a breath of fresh air, simply gorgeous. And as usal the presenter, Lucy, is so entertaining. Love her.

Why is that kitchen Best in Australia again?? While there's nothing wrong with it, it's a very good decent kitchen but Overall it's the House plan, living space, courtyard etc are what stands out for me than the kitchen...
the kitchen is not that great compared to the rest of the house. Who needs that room behind the kitchen for "stuff.......get rid of the stupid room behind the kitchen and use the space for something else. Otherwise....love the house! Amazing light and that sunk in living room with the fireplace is to die for!
77Tadams it’s good to have another hidden section of kitchen. just imagine when you have a party. you will need to prepare for food and alot of stuff. it can be chaotic and you definitely don’t want to prepare it infront of your guest. plus. some food can be very smelly. you dont want the smell spread to the living area. that section usually use for caterer. it’s normal to have secondary kitchen for large size house/bungalow/mansion.
Lots of space, clean lines, simplicity and functionality at its best! Most homes don't have that. If you see other homes with heavy lightings and clutters, and this one its simplicity stands out. And that makes this one special .
Wow dat sunkin lounge is what makes it welcoming and warm wid that brilliant timber work..overall its a very Masculine in taste which is why i like it soo much......was really anticipating that you would show a walkin closet though😁😁😁.......
I like the layout - would love to see a floor plan and a plan of the kitchen, but I loath the black everywhere: the kitchen units, the walls, the tiles on the walls & the floor, a black-tiled bathroom, I can think of little worse, it's just too dour for me! I've always liked a sunken lounge - and the fire here makes it nice and snug, but the courtyard as is leaves me cold, very austere, and I'm afraid the poor Birch trees are going to be causing problems before too long - we've just had to lop the top off four of ours last week as poorly positioned (& our garden's nearly an acre) - the eldest birch we have probably covers an area of a typical garage - and it's not fully grown yet... The boiling (icy?) tap is a + but they are very expensive. Thanks for the tour, fascinating.
Omg thats the mansion for me. My house is big as her master bedroom. Just turn. And turn and turn. You dont need to walk far to get in the kitchen to bed to ect. Amazing house hahahaha
Beautiful house! LOVE the courtyard and outdoor kitchen. I personally loath Butler’s pantries as they cut you off from the main space and I have no desire to work in a small space when I could be cooking like a queen in the main kitchen area 😃
