about the fundamentals you defined at 0:33 : as a bot laner i find the fundamental of planning wave crashes ahead of time and getting lane priority a lot more complicated when i try to put it into practice because i'm dealing with two enemies who could choose to try to poke me or push the wave, and if my support has mismatched priorities to me the wave can quickly be in an awkward position without much i can do about it on my own. i hope this is something you address when you do your ADC arc, because your explanations of other more universal concepts has made me a way better player in those regards and i know there's something i could be doing better i just don't know what.
And that is why Many adc players from high elo choose either midlane or toplane to smurf. Caues fundamentals are easy to sustain in lower elo as a higher elo player even if you dont play your main role. A challenger adc player with good knowledge would not lose the lane phase in top or mid until diamond.( im always speaking with sstatistic logic)
It depends on who you play. If you play Jinx or Ez, you should be able to get prio every time. One reason I stopped playing adc is that my supports would always push too fast, and it tilted me too much. I just play mid again now. But you need to know the matchup, in an adc role, you won't always be able to push. Especially if you have a melee support vs a ranged one. Or against a cait etc. I only reached D3 as adc so by no means am I an expert, but just stuff I picked up during my climb last season.
Most ppl he plays vs probably watch his content too, and even if they don’t he’s helping more ppl than he is hurting. And if you watch some of his vids, he mentions that he actually doesn’t like the ethics of smurfing, he just does it because he wants to teach people how to play the game better.
Your AA timing for when you drag through your q over an opponent is off, aa speed is way quicker than what you are kitting. I hate backseat gaming, but I do think this will help you out with your climb. I'll shut up now. GLGL
