Come on, LAN SHOU, just means "blocking skills", nothing to do with internal, not parallel with xingyi, bagua, taiji. Gosh you guys!

This has been debated. All I can say is that everyone I’ve met practicing Lan Shou is a true internal practitioner.

Master Xu says that internally Taiji is like water, Bagua like the wind (tornado), Xinyi like an animal (tiger), and Lan Shou is like thunder and lightning.
