Over the past year and a half, the SideFX games team's Luiz Kruel, Mike Lyndon and Paul Ambrosiussen have been crazy busy developing Houdini tools specifically designed for gamedev workflows - and have so far created over 90 tools. In this session, the guys walk through their Top 10 - including loads of tips and tricks on using the tools.
Note: While the tools were developed wth gamedev in mind, it turns out many are just as powerful for film, TV and advertising workflows.

The outfits are just insane. Especially gotta appreciate the Luiz "totally normal person" costume, 10/10.
this deserves so many more comments. you guys are awesome.
for anyone who has problems exporting the first example, i tried these two things and it worked:
1. change the export path to somewhere else
2. drag and drop the node you want to export in the path instead of selecting it from menu
i know these don't seem important but it worked for me for some reason
Really nice, guys
I would definitely want a webinar on UV's, I understand the basics but applying a fully procedural approach is still daunting.
Thanks for everything and Paul wins best outfit!
I dont mean to be off topic but does someone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?
I stupidly forgot my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!

@Angel Cannon i really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process atm.
Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
@Angel Cannon It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much, you saved my account :D
@Conrad Keith Glad I could help xD
OH HOLY SHIT!!!! GREAT!!!
There should a Proximity Object Grouping node or a proximity selector
This helps a lot : )
Plz Moooore !
Hello, so I am trying to use the skinning converter. Which works fine in Houdini, then I export the FBX file(using ROP). When I import the FBX to Maya bones animate as desired but the geometry doesn't move with it. The mesh is not bonded to the joints. Really need some help!
is there a way in houdini to lay down cement in a way a 3d printer prints filament. i need this badly..
(How) is it possible to use the skinning converter just for a selection (of vertices, faces, ...) thx (Let's assume I just have a part of my object deforming but want everything else to stay completely fixed)
