Awesome video. I am small TH-camr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).
If I may, your editing and presentation is great! You’re gonna need to speak on your videos. I want to hear your personal journey on your Etsy shop. Same with your thumbnails. They are perfect except for one thing - the stock pics of random people with TH-cam thumbnail faces. I’d rather just see you, personalized your channel and it will take off! Good luck
Being a TH-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame -ster of course) will always pay off at the end.
I love how in this video, he showed us in great detail how to transform nothing into something incredible, showed prove of this in multiple channels of his own, and then literally did it in this very video. Including every step! Masterpiece!
I followed a lot of the advice in this. After learning how to use TH-cam advertising, I went from 30 to 3,500 subscribers in less than two weeks. Thanks!

Something I've noticed are your titles; they're very.. vague. I do not even know what half of your videos are about. Another thing that falls in line with that is your about me for your channel. Yours is also very lack luster. Instead of "begging" for subscribers, you should explain why they should subscribe and what they'll be subscribing for.

Started streaming and posting gaming videos and I find that I enjoy it. No much result yet, but keeping up at it is the key. Every posting, I try to improve something- youtube thumbnails, speaking, audio, etc. I am deaf, and audio is a huge issue for me since I can't properly test it for myself, so I ask my friend out when he has the time. The take I get from TH-cam is never stop learning- there's always something to improve. There's a quote, that I like-"If you can get 1% better each day for one year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done." There's no perfect video that exists, so just get comfortable and be yourself.

Marcus, this 8 step method to grow a TH-cam channel is pure gold! Thank you so much for posting this. I have watched so many videos that only give part of the method that you just shared, and it's been very frustrating. I will definitely follow this advice to grow my RPG Channel, DragonFire Lair. I'm focusing on helping Dungeon/Game Masters to help them hone their craft and provide them with resources to help them unleash their imaginations. Anyway, thank you again, Brian!
Silent subscriber here, just wanted to say Marcus you are the most authentic and honest creator I’ve come across on TH-cam growth advice. In addition, just a really chill and good guy. So cheers 🍺
Alright, it's been over 15 years since the last time I started a TH-cam channel, so I'm checking your videos out to see how this is being done properly these days. Thank you for all the super useful info. I opened my YT channel yesterday in a niche I have not done before but always wanted to. Currently at 4 subscribers. I took notes, and I will come back here in a few weeks to share the progress :D

However, the views stopped yesterday. So I went back on doing research once again and watching a couple of videos and very glad that TH-cam recommended me this video. What really resonated with me was item #7. When I checked the videos that I have uploaded, one of them got 400+ impressions but only 25 views. Your video made me looked at thumbnails and titles in a whole different perspective. That these two things are very important just how "packaging" on products is. Very brilliant! Thank you! Just starting out in my journey with my new channel and struggling to get new subscribers. I do know I have ALOT to learn and plenty of hard work ahead. Thanks for the tips!
Really appreciate the insights, Marcus! Balancing quantity and quality is a challenge, especially with a 9-5 job and TH-cam on the side. Initially, I aimed for 1.5 videos a week but shifted focus to enhance quality, leading to a video every 2-3 weeks. Now, I've found a rhythm with weekly uploads: one week features an 8-minute, high-quality video suitable for mid-roll ads, and the following week, a concise 3-4 minute video focusing mainly on sharp editing and transitions, keeping viewers hooked from the start.

These tips are incredibly useful! As a smaller TH-camr trying and trying to grow, I'm excited to see for myself how well these work. This video was a goldmine! I never thought about how making lots of videos could actually improve quality over time. Also, the importance of having unique "X factors" really hit home-it's not just about being funny; it’s about standing out in your own way. The part about consistency blew my mind too! It's not just about uploading; it’s about keeping your brand and tone steady so viewers know what to expect. Also, those tips on catchy titles and thumbnails? Genius! Working on my first sub, let’s gooooo!
This is probably the best video on how to grow a channel I have ever watched. I will be applying all of these very soon. Thank you marcus. You rock.
You stay consistent guys! We got this! 40 subs in the last week, almost half I ever got in over 7 years. Goal of 1000 subs doesn't seem so impossible now! Supporting you guys!
These tips are incredibly useful! As a smaller TH-camr trying and trying to grow, I'm excited to see for myself how well these work. Your videos have been concise, clearly defined, and it's nice too that you explain the reasoning behind everything, rather than just telling us to do one thing or another. Thank you!

Just started a channel about drones and you definately are my top influence, thanks for encouranging me ❤
Great video Marcus. I appreciate what you do. 🙏
I started my TH-cam channel a month ago, and I’ve already hit 54k views and 772 subscribers) As a former Emirates flight attendant, I’m sharing the real story behind the job and travel tips. I feel like I’m on the right track and I’ve been intuitively following a lot of the tips you mentioned in your video. Excited to see where it goes-wish me luck 😊
To the person reading this, don’t give up! We all start somewhere, you just gotta find your zone, and be consistent, I hope everyone finds success in their work, as I hope for myself.❤
Thx i guess

Been off and on 4 years and still grinding to 1000 thank you for the encouragement
Never thought about the consistency in so many elements. Ty!
Woah I’m blown away at how good this video is and yep I’ll have to watch more and start taking notes. Thank you!
Genius! I feel like I can really take this info and apply it to my own channel. Excited to get started!
Marcus, I want to thank you for your videos and say that you are incomparable. Your charisma is simply out of this world, and those who seek knowledge from your video lessons will undoubtedly achieve success. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I come from Indonesia and I like your videos because I am excited after hearing your inspiration😊
Your video helps a lot for small channel creator like me, thank you!
I definitely understand that first point. I used to work in a hospital, and remember hearing about how the volume of a specific surgery performed (like gallbladder removal) was correlated pretty highly with lower complication rates.
On another note, the intro seemed like a lot of hype to me, but my hat is off to you; you're an amazing salesman 👍

Well, How about just get a Monetied channel in viral-npc and call it a day ? everyone does this now
?
Bot scammer comment
Because everyone does it so now you have everyone to compete with plus it’s not original content so it’s not likely to be monetized
Ne careful, this is a scammer bot.
