How do you play video on this? I know it does not have dvd drive, but it looks from the user guide that you can view videos from the usbc (like jump drive) . However I’m unable to make it work
For the steering wheel control if you have it setup for to change Source, does it go through every source you have or only the ones you have selected at the bottom?

I wish Sony would make a single din that has an adjustable screen that is affordable. I need to position the din unit in the middle, not at the top.

Is sony going to release a capacitive version and will you be covering it?
They released the XAV-AX6000 pretty similar to this model but it has a capacitive display and few minor extras.

Great review. Loved the product until the end when I saw the screen is washed out at different angles. In the video it looks like the driver could have an unpleasant view. Is it that bad?
I have such unit. It's ok for a driver except when direct sunlight shines onto the display. Then you can barely can see a thing.
Might depend on mount location. Sun doesn't hit the screen so I have no such issues

With this stereo, is a separate steering wheel control module needed ? Or does it come already with it ?

Can you change the key colors from white to match the other buttons in the vehicle? Like have the key color light up as green?
Unfortunately not, SONY doesn’t offer that on any of their receivers .
My stock head unit is 20,7 x 10,6 cm. I think this one wouldn't fit? It''s a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer.
In your jailbreak video I watched TH-cam is called Cartube, but in this video it’s actually called TH-cam. Can you tell me why?
The CarTube in my latest video can be achieved without jailbreak. In my jailbreak video I am using CarBridge to add the actual TH-cam app.

How to play TH-cam on this? I have recently bought this head unit. Also how to mirror the phone, I mean if I launch maps on my phone, how can I see the display on this screen?
U can’t, this unit doesn’t allow screen mirroring. Although the previous unit, the 300 series or whatever, uses Weblink. Why Sony got rid of that feature idk. But not possible unless u jailbreak your iPhone like the creator did with his. That’s why u see TH-cam and safari and whatnot

i just got this installed today and it was working when i left the place where it got installed and once i turned my car off and turned it back on, my radio did not turn back on?
