I like the Italians, as an Irishman who left Ireland in 1988 and came to the U,S, i found them honourable men who i could trust. I think they understood that Irish Republicans were no threat to them and i have fond memorys and i remember they were always smiling at the situation we all found ourselves in. Although we disliked criminals, i had respect for the men i came across.

It’s also how it worked in medieval European nobility - if a lord could get himself into the position that he was running errands for the king, he was doing pretty well. Good things would follow.
