Check If the red light from bottom is blinking or not If light isn't working that means the wires of the light sensor are broken and are to be fixed , any good electric shop will fix them for ₹10-20 (As per my friends experience)

Mera PI to 20 pahuch gya tha ek bar. Wo depend krta Hai finger kitne achhe se niche wle indicator PE place Hai. Tightly rhegi to PI jyda rhega
