thank u for the love & for shouting me out on the south 4th underbelly section...mostly appreaciated yet i was'nt reffering to the gate on 5:40 but the 2 sided gate on 5:54 pause it as it speeds to see it
At 7:30, where the sign says "video surveillance", look through the crack between the doors and you can see that the tiling continues. That's where the station was to be.
Hey there Suprtoe, 2 things. 1. The entrance to Myrtle Ave (Flatbush Ave) was at Tech Place and not exactly Myrtle 2. Suggestions: The 9th ave El platform just outside Yankee Stadium and a few blocks west of that, trolley in Red Hook( the Streetcar is boardable meaning I would like to see the inside), ENY stop outside Atlantic Ave (L) as well as the (L) platforms, Board a (A) train to the Rockaways and after Howard Beach Look for the Hamilton Beach Stop, Goose Creek and The Raunt. All are Before Broad Channel. Then Board a (SR) and Look for Hammels Stop on the Hammels Wye
@HyundaiYang1987 I'm praying to God that the 3 trains will connect to the Jerome avenue 4 line at 167 Street or Burnside. They are also talking about extending the N/W trains to LaGuardia airport.
Try the 76th St station. Ride an A train (I know it’s an R46) between Euclid and Grant and you will see tracks continuing on to the mythical station. Also, take a look at Sedgwick Ave and Jerome Anderson Ave on the abandoned Polo Grounds Shuttle Also, I’m sure you’ve seen Masstransiscope
@@tysonstransitcam2190Which direction are the tracks to 76 Street? I was just watching a A train video with the front camera. The tracks you're talking about could just be for the C train because if it was to 76 Street somebody probably would have walked it by now.
I know one! 42nd st lower level, so it was opened in 1937 with the rest of the 8th Ave line and it was closed in 1981. A fun fact is that the station was blocking the 7 line going west but the extention cut though the 42nd st station and now used for storage, the only thing you need to find is to look for a yellow square somewhere around the upper platform and done
If you go to the Forest Hills bound end of the station, you can see where tracks would go to the 2nd system station I live like two minutes away from the station so I would know
There are abandoned streetcar tracks throughout Brooklyn. Once in a while, you'll see them poking through the asphalt. Nice choice of music - Offenbach's Orpheus in the Underworld Overture.
as for the steel tracks on the street in 5:59 is where the trollie trains ran through yet discontinued in 1963 due to many car accidents so instead, the city bus has been replaced...trollie tracks has all been completly covered exept for some parts in dumbo, bushwick & ridgewood
That is the same if u take the m or r going to Forest Hills. After leaving Jackson Heights and passing the diamond crossover, looking to your right, u can see the tunnel for the never used tracks for a split second. But I agree that the best view is going Manhattan bound from Elmhurst station to Jackson Heights because the upper level comes down. There is also a similar tunnel past 63rd Dr - Rego Park bc that tunnel connects to the Rockaway Line (Former LIRR line).
On the last weekend in October you should take the d because there will probably be r160 because there is no yard access due to construction so it will have to borrow
For the next WTN, you should go to Valley Stream. First, you take the 3 train to 14th Street. Then, you take the F train to 42nd Street Bryant Park (or to 34th Street - Herald Square if the D train is already there.) where you transfer to the D train and take that to 59th Street. After that, you take the A train to Fulton Street which is where you transfer to the 4 train and take that to Union Square. Then, take the N train to Canal Street where you transfer to the J train and take that to Sutphin Blvd - JFK Airport/Jamaica Station. Finally, you take the LIRR to Valley Stream. So, it's 3 F D A 4 N J LIRR. I really hope you use this for your next WTN.
At the 4:10 mark you can see the concrete on the ground is a different pattern than the platform. Also that is a flat ceiling which means a staircase was there that connects to the rest of the mezzanine.
So Ii heard there's an abandoned station that was erased from history on 76 st in Queens (Ozone Park area), and I know there's a station on 80th street; this is also on the Brennen page.
can you do a vid where here is what you do begin at 57 street - 7 avenue take the W to whitehall then take the 1 to- 14 street take the M to herald square then take the F to smith 9 and see the r160 g
You should check out the 7th avenue subway on the the intersection of flatbush avenue and 7th avenue it has a ramp leading up to grand army plaza it's worth a look.
There are photo of the abandoned upper level of the Roosevelt Ave station from the late 90s I guess and it show the uncompleted station and it is almost complete and the only thing that is left is the sign and lay the track and also there a part of the tunnel and a ramp from the Queens Blvd Line to the abandoned upper level tunnel to the south and Urban NYC did a video on this station
The G train is no longer boring with r160s permanently on the line unfortunately, the r46s and r68As from the G are being moved to the N W and Q lines as r160s won't be on those lines anymore
Can You do Q from Atlantic Avenue to Times Square E from Times Square to 34 Street Penn station LIRR train from Penn station to Woodside 7 from 61 street woodside to Queensboro Plaza N from Queensboro plaza To Astoria Ditmars Blvd
Not bad, but here's a secret to research - WHY did the local tracks of the IND Crosstown line break away from the express tracks before 15th St Prospect Park and then rejoin them before Ft Hamilton Parkway while the express tracks head toward the station under Prospect Park. There were at least two easier ways to build this line through Windsor Terrace.
Take a spin and a spin and a spin but Essex Street Station has a secret man also Supertoe the 42nd Street shuttle have a track 2 but they remove it but you can try to find on some website
K so there more station abandoned Bowery and chambers and canal st and 18th st and 19th st and worth st and city hall and 9th Avenue and myrtle avenue and 10th st and 14th and Bergen st and 42nd and segwick and woodhaven and 101th and more

On that corner of Montrose?? Isn’t that a studio . Maybe I’m looking at the wrong thing at 5:54. I live close and always look for it
At 7:30, where the sign says "video surveillance", look through the crack between the doors and you can see that the tiling continues. That's where the station was to be.
ONLY 133 customers? Here in Sydney we have stations that barely get 50 a day.

Yeah you can see where the tracks sink down and onto a whole lower level
GoGoSuperToe, There's a stretch of track between i think Livonia and Atlantic on the L line.

Yes
Don't do it
No that’s too risky. Not even the urbexing master can do that

5:53 did anyone see the electric scooter?

Did you know that... if you pass on the 6 train between 23 and 14 street (downtown side) and then you will see the old 18th street station
If u ride the m or r on the Manhattan bound you can see the upper level tracks before u arrive at Jackson heights now

Essex has construction site removal wall and concrete and anything
