We are ready to get back to making them! We have been so short staffed due to Covid that we haven't had a lot of time for it. FYI, call before you come this way! Our customer service department has been closed for some time. We don't have the employees. I would hate for you to come all of this way and find out it's closed! Good news is, you can visit our online store and we will get it shipped that day if the order is placed before 3pm. You should get it in a day! Thanks for watching our videos.

Well I am about to purchase this Ducar 212 just to swap out the stock 196cc on my mini bike. Not to race on a track with rules. On the website I am buying it from it says out of the box it comes governed at 5300 RPMs. I plan on just taking the Stage 2 Kit off the 196cc Engine it's on now and putting it on the new Ducar along with the Torque Converter and I'll see how it rides with just that done to it. No restrictive Muffler. Non EPA style Carb. 18lb Valve Springs. Under seat Header. Hopefully that will be enough for me to atleast hit the 50 mph mark. I'm on 40 acres of property and just want it to ride the trails here.

I’ve got a 212 dirt cart it’s a stage 1 with oilbypass I’m running and after about 4-5 laps it’s sputters and shuts off, then will be a pain to start back. Almost like it’s overheating or running out of fuel?

The only surge should be when the governor kicks in at approx. 5000+ rpm

My question is this, My friend is helping me get my Kart ready, A trick oval dirt Kart. Now, I have ordered a predator 212 non hemi. He wants us to Change to a pvl flywheel, and do racing exhaust, as well as fuel jets for the switch to methanol. Can you do a video on something like that? I also will be using the gas tank on the kart with a Top plate and throttle linkage etc. I will also be changing from the air box to a bigger intake, and a filter I suppose for the crankcase unless you need that for the fuel pump that we will install on the top plate.
    Thanx

Is it difficult to find electric start predator engines, or parts to convert to electric start? I want to build a electric start performance engine , because in the scooter it's not accessible enough for pull start! I'm thinking i need a flywheel, rod, maybe a piston, the engine in it now has seen 10,350RPM, although with CVT tuning I have it under 8800 now, but it's a completely different engine design, and only 82cc, what us the Maximum sustained RPM for these engines, now it's full throttle 99% of the time in use, and if it's moving it's turning 5k rpm, so it lives between 5k and 8800-9200rpm, but I want to build a swing arm and mount the engine and rim to it, using a predator engine, with a CVT, definitely using a race style can, I'm running at least 100 octane fuel, I'd like to have the engines to sound similar, I'm thinking of running a 1.5" exhaust maybe a 6" header to the 1.5" exhaust, hoping it will be kinda quiet, while being a decent performer, I also need about 14v and 5-10 amps charging, but I can add a small alternator if the engine can't supply the current! Can a predator with aluminum flywheel, aftermarket rod, reliablt spin about 6k+/-, for a sustainable time, as in 2-3 miles? And actually survive? I'd like it to make around 12hp, 10-11 atleast, I thought about using the 79cc , but is it even possible to affordable make anywhere close to the power required? It would probably need to turn about 7-8k rpm!

I never understood why people would remove the whole oil sensor unit, then tap it, and then bolt it up. For non-racing purposes, just snip the wire and leave everything in place, in racing cases do exactly what yall just did!

Because it is meant to be stationary. Like on a power washer or generator.

It's the identical engine to the tillitson and predator they are all considered clones of the honda line up and the ducar imo is by far biggest bang for buck right out the box 📦
