- No Rest For the Wicked is incredible. After spending 50 hours with the game, and playing through two different builds within the past two weeks, I’m just in awe of how good it is. Granted, No Rest for the Wicked is still in early access, and the game is largely unfinished, but conceptually - what Moon Studios has been able to present so far, is fantastic.

Aside from being super fun the story, NPC's, and voice acting are pretty great so far.

I am excited to try this. I will say though that I do prefer non-randomized loot, and this game aside, I also hate procedural generation. Typically things that are meant to "give each player a unique experience" are things I wind up hating. I like game world's with character and known weapon locations and known boss loot drops, but that's just me. But I can handle randomized loot if it's done well. This game looks good overall, so I'm excited to give it a shot

I guess it was meant as a praise, but personally there's nothing that turns me off faster than randomized itemization when it comes to an action adventure... Well, no I guess there's also procedurally generated maps.
It could ade some level of replaybility. Its loke rogue-lite-ing the run. But all that will depend on how the rest of the game is build. We will see how the game develop
Yeh I’m the opposite, love rng loot. Different strokes for different folks I guess!
It’s a type of “replayability” I simply don’t enjoy. “Look how much of this generic thing there is!” isn’t the most exciting elevator pitch to me.

Yep, I've been playing the update all morning. Really great improvements: increased storage capacity for chests, bows now use stamina instead of focus for primary arrows, vendors can access all chest inventory so you don't have to carry everything around with you, and some performance improvements as well. Massive quality of life updates, the game is way more fun now

I’m getting 120 frames on 4k and it just looks and feels incredible on my 7900 xtx set up
