Some of the lines of the car were altered as well as the front end is much rounder than the actual car but aside from that and the added lights it's pretty close to the real car.

yeah the first car dlc where so different to them real counter parts, just comparing the zentorno and sesto elemento you see a lot of differences, passing the years and dlc the cars started getting closer to the real lifes ones :)

John wicks car is a 1969 boss 429 which is also my favourite car, the Ellie is based off of the Eleanor which was in a movie in the sixties
My grandfather has a 1969 Ford Mach 1 Cobra Jet and I can remake he's car perfectly in the game now

You can put an intercooler on anything. Should you… not really. But you can
also on that 'realistic' comment he made, then he proceeds to turbo it and max everything.
I feel like the sound doesn’t fit the car. Thought it would have had a deeper growl. Still a nice car and I love it.

Fun fact, a garage in America actually did a Mustang with 5 lights on the rear to each side. I think it was 6 inches wider than the 60s counterpart before they widebody'd it so easily 10 inches wider. 🤣

I use this car for racing and let me tell you, I get top 3 every time. This car has really good handling and speed. I don't regret spending over $1,700,000 lol. I'm surprised I don't see many people running this car. Mostly GTA5 players are into JDM
Today I played pursuit race to complete daily objectives and I took the ‘mustang’ just for fun while everyone else had jdms supras etc
I wasn’t taking the race seriously to get 1st place I only wanted to complete the race to earn the daily objective and I was shocked I won at first place 🥇 like even the other guys were impressed

I remember doing a pursuit race with this car while everyone else had the calico and the annis zr350 I wanted to test drive it in the race to see how it handles and I was quite surprised how good it handled I managed to place 1st, a player though I was cheating 🙃

@@artemis3829 I agree. I have the Remus and the calico but the calico’s awd ruins the experience for me. The Remus is the best of the new cars. It was the second car I bought and fell in love with the drifting with the slick tires.
Vapid Uranus as FoxBody Mustang would be dope as well. Fox Body get a lot of hate but I think they were right cars for their time
I personally love the 70s Street Machine paint. That was cool when this car would have been new!

My grandpa owns a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 and when this was announced, i came my pants. Its by far my favorite car in the game (once the other dominator comes out since it is my irl car lol)

FAO DCA: The stance setting is left on your last input and that applies to all the cars that can be stanced.

I just realized how the Vapid Blade(Ford Falcon) also has 5 taillights. So while for R* it may just be to primarily avoid licensing, maybe it's to keep continuity with the Blade? Just a thought

If you have the low grip tires, lower stance, and slam the Warrener UTE, you get a truck car that can only drift. Make with that as you will.

Oh my God bro I’m so happy! I own an 09 Mustang GT in real life (so basically the retro version of the 69) and I love the OG Dominator in GTA! I’m so excited for this one, and the New Edge that’s part of the drip feed crap! Hell yes boys!
Nobody cares that you like this car and you’re getting it because your father or grandfather has/had the car. Nobody cares either that you’re remaking one from a movie.
By far my favorite car out of the DLC so far, I’m a muscle car lover, when I heard this car was gonna be added it went to the top of my list.
They also have a fourth generation New Edge Mustang that will drop soon.

quick tip: if you use a matte black secondary, it does make the spoiler a bit more plastic like. its not a perfect fix, but it hides the livery stripes a lot better then metallic or classic colors

Just chiming in on the supercharger comment around the 3:40 mark as I watch your video.
Its not completely uncommon to see a supercharger with external belts in the rear like the Magnuson TVS 2650 for example. It just comes down to the blower packaging and where the throttle body is placed that usually determines if the unit is driven from the front or rear.
I bought this and I *love* it, it's so amazing. btw, we really have the same taste in cars, my mustang looks almost identical to yours, only a few differences. I do have a tip, if you want the rear wing to not be carbon, select secondary color for the front splitter, louvers and wing, then choose matte black as secondary. You can barely see the stripes on the louver and wing, only if you look from the top and even then it's barely visible
the speed is an upgrade from the ellie, that’s for sure 😂

Great job on the customization for the Dominator GTT, but it's a shame that it doesn't have any blowers for hoods though.
The Dominator GTT has surprisingly controllable and responsive handling/steering for a muscle car and it rarely ever oversteer/fishtails, even if it's front-engine real-wheel-drive or FR for short.
This is the one I've been waiting for!
Without the front splitter it kinda looks like a Shelby gt500 kr edition mustang

Time to make John Wick's car.
There is a real life car shop called Gotham Garage, they once got an old run down 1969 Mach 1 Mustang that had no interior left at all and they fixed the whole thing up. One thing in particular they did was widen the back part of the mustang and gave the back bigger wheels also they added 2 extra tail lights on each side making it have 5 on each side equaling 10. I think this dominator might be referencing that.
i really like the 67 Shelby GT500 but never liked the Vapid Ellie and i think i'm gonna take this dominator instead, it looks so cool.

Original fotos of a 68 mustang GT “Fastback” have the vents right where R* has them and w/ double headlights. This is definitely modeled after the 1968 Fastback.
(I live in a classic car family) but, A couple years back, my dad and my grandad sat down and decided to count the amount of mustangs my grandad has owned, they hit 50 mustangs, ranging from gt500's to mach 1, to gt350h (the H means hertz, which are rare cars to find now, he sold his one last month for 280k and also got a 60's corvette, but I havnt seen it yet so I'm not sure) but yeah, he's 63, still races a 68 mustang, and owns another 8 classic cars from a old 34 sprint car, to another late model hertz shelby. And then a 34 coupe, high country special mustang, and might buy a calif special mustang, which with very cool

Bro you have been the only viable source for the newer GTA cars. Also Whipple or Magnuson make superchargers with the side pully set up. saves space and is easier to centralize the air coming in. Fun fact aside thanks for doing what you are doing broski!
My grandfather said he saw a boss mustang auction for over a million dollars. The car was like a time capsule it was stored in a trailer for years. So 1.2 isn’t that…unrealistic.
