I'm from latin america and obviusly they translate the anime in spanish, and they translated "Legendary Loser" which is fiting for Tsunade, not legendary siting duck.
I believe the English Dub calls her the Legendary Sucker. Not sure what translation "Sitting Duck" came from lol. I thought they used "Loser" on Crunchyroll.
