0:43 this scene just breaks me everytime the diabolical scheme of naruto trying to break sasuke will always be legendary and the tingles he made after hearing the buckteeth kakashi is hilarious
This episode is so stupid, I love it. I think the reason why so many adore it is not only the absurdity of the plot itself, but the payoff and the subplot of the three no-names is just as ridiculous. What also helps is we just had a handful of dramatic episodes dealing with the wellness of a huge fan favorite (Rock Lee) revolving around a decision of either giving up his goals or potentially dying. The fans needed a more relaxed episode like this. What immediately comes to mind is a d&d session. After several sessions of so much drama-driven story, the DM decides to take the crew onto just some random one shot adventure.
Who would've know that this filler episode would become canon years later? Also, love how Sasuke acted like kids his age in this episode. It's a rarity.
@@exodion4173 His real face was revealed years later when Shippuden was still airing. Kishimoto made a special book that contained a drawing of Kakashi's real face, which would later be adapted into one of the filler episodes.
