Hi Alexander. It hasn't got a name yet as I believe it has not been officially opened. I expect it should open this summer. You will see directions to the start of the trail in questions below. But it is tricky to find if you do not know Ballyhoura. Thanks for the comments.
Thanks. No shuttle bus yet, but there are rumours of one in the future when all tracks are fully opened. There are a number of other tracks also being built. It's going yo be an outstanding location for MTB at all levels in the future.
I commented on that in a previous question. It's difficult to describe but: As someone not so familiar with Ballyhoura outside the main routes, I’d describe it as go to the first new black sections at the top of the hill, just up from car park (top of first berm section). You can go down the berm section, go straight on the gravel road, or take a left up the hill gravel road just after this point. Take the left and you are at the end of what I called middle section 1 on video. At that point, there is a fire road straight ahead going up the mountain. Go straight up that gravel road, and at the top turn right. You end going up a very steep mud/grass section. Just over the top of this, you will pass ‘middle section 2’ entry point. Pass by this, and a little downhill, you will come to ‘middle section 1’ (now called Skyline) entry point per my video. Pass on this on gravel trail all the ways to barrier, and then left up the gravel trail to get to ‘new top section’.
