Whatch up your neighborhood. They are most if not all are generated from gypcies armenians. Just keep your house door always locked. This is kind tips from my side mate.
Born and rasied in Glendale lived here for 37 years, Glendale doesnt have really have price points for everyone, its one of the nicest and safest citys in CA, price points are more in the high middle to high
Looks beautiful. Just watched your Burbank video too. Are these neighborhoods good for working in the entertainment industry? I think the studios are close by right? Wife and I are looking to rent something modest coming up in may. Would like to have access to restaurants and hang out spots and work but not necessarily the party vibe of Hollywood or DTLA. Definitely don’t care about the beach.
Yes these locations are perfect for the studios in burbank and dont forget the airport too! Easy to get into Hollywood as well. You have the Glendale Galleria for fancy restaurants and the Americana for shopping.
Are you going to make a video about Pasadena? I might be bias but it's my favourite place in Los Angeles. I am from London but have spent most summers in LA as I have family living in the Pasadena and Highland Park area so spent alot of time at Glendale Galleria growing up as cousins used to dump ys there as a thing to do. This was way before Americana even existed. Old Town Pasadena is definitely a favourite for me.
@@TheBritishBlokeRealtor Thank you Matt that was an enjoyable watch. I haven't been back since 2019 when my grandfather died so its been awhile. Hopefully next year now that Covid restrictions have gone. I wonder what Eagle Rock is like these days as I notice gentrification was heading in that direction the last time I was visiting.
@@colintu83 Hi Colin. You are absolutely right. Eagle is definitely gentrifying. I just had a client but there. Very nice neighborhood. I will be doing a tour there too.

Hi. Apparently Edward Furlong comes from Glendale, do you know where exactly he lived when he played in T2?
Glendale Adventist Med center is there to help. Top stroke and chest pain centers

Hi Colin! I just did and it will go up on Thursday. I agree Pasadena just pips Glendale. All the amenities of a big city with that small town vibe

Can you list some good universities in Glendale for Masters degree please
I'm not an expert on the universities unfortunately.
Only a Community College in Glendale, but you have ucla, usc, any of the cal states in driving distance
Cleveland road
It's a dreamy beautiful place but out of reach for an average joe like me😂💔
It is great. Do you live in Los Angeles?
Very noisy even on mountains
Glendale is a sleepy, guiet Town.
Nothing to do there. Its the opposite of L.A.
And that's why it's a great place
The whole city is becoming more polluted with cigarette butts and cancer smoke
