It will however give a false sense of security. I think a much more practical solution is to dip it for about an hour in 1% sodium hypochlorite solution and let it dry out. Alternatively depending on the material used for making the mask, it can also be autoclaved /sterilized in a pressure cooker.

What about eye protection? Is there a way to protect the eyes as Coronavirus can enter through the eyes also. Masks can provide partial protection to only mouth and nose

Storing the masks in well ventilated paper bags makes them fit for reuse?
Keeping all 4-5 masks together may lead to cross contamination isn't it ?

No. Washing reduces the efficiency of the masks in blocking the aerosols.

The capable of Surgical Mask usage is only 4 hours. U try to use N95 or KN95.
