@juj307 I have fished with many rods like the ones you see in this video, but I have taken all of the things I like from each rod and created my own Flats Blue series by Wright & McGill. We are just coming out with new Flats Blue fly rods and offshore models and I couldn't be happier with them.

for a large freshwater lake do you prefer the rod you are using in the video or the wright and mcgill flats blue spinning rod?

Capt Blair, i am a huge fan of the show and of your products. I fish around where the Indian and Banana river meet. i found these grass flats around there and have fished them a lot. I just bought some mirrolures i want to try there. Is there anything else that i should try or any tips you could give? By the way you should really try the area where the Indian and banana river meet. Me and my friends have landed some monster reds there. My friend caught one of the biggest reds i have seen there.
