The JDM WRX Type R STi Version V Limited has the desirable coupe body and made its debut in November 1998, with production only lasting until March 1999, hence the rarity! Only 635 of this limited model were made in total, costing ¥3,009,000 JPY (£20,479 GBP) back in the day. Now, in 2021, this example is in excess of ¥5,000,000 JPY (£34k+ GBP) having covered 74,000 km... Another example of rare JDM metal appreciating in value. You may think that's too much for an Impreza, but compared to a 22B, now £100k plus, you could say this Version V Limited is good value for something that arguably looks like a narrow bodied 22B. A very long way to go young man, it's going to take a lot weekends and long nights if you're wanting it back on the road by next summer. It will be a great vlog if you manage to video most of it.
Save it not many on the road I have spent a fortune on my 1994 subaru impreza sti import and no regrets I love the handling and the sound good luck it will take a while but in the end well worth it.
colin has trained him well with the "lets crack on" strap line , with all that rust it reminds me of an 80s ford , look forward to the next one , good luck with the project , think you will be busy over Christmas 😉
I mentioned the bonnet prop location lol. Bracket is a/c drier. Drive shafts have a roll pin gear box end. I have a link that will help out I'll email shine with the link.

We got our Nova done at a place in Preston, Ribble Technology, heat treated to burn all the old paint, sealer, filler etc off then rust treated and epoxy primed 👌 wasn't cheap though!!
