    Tip for students - when your butt gets numb after sitting down for hours when studying, take a break and do this work out! 😁😁
    That way you feel a little more energized when go you back to studying. Good luck!! 💪🍑

    the first two moves hurt the opposite side of my butt more because it felt like I was kinda twisted. Also, does anyone else not feel anything when doing bridges?

      johannahasacheetah probably because you either aren't moving up and down your leg in increments during the first move, flexing your foot during the 2nd move, and clenching your butt during the last move

    I used to be so fit because of Cassey's videos. I would do them daily, I lost 10 kgs and was eating clean. Then I slipped, got lazy and lost my track. I'm sure a year ago this would be a piece of cake but I was burning after only 30 seconds. I managed to go through the workout but I can see there's a long path to regaining my strenght. Thanks Cassey for being such an inspiration to me. I'm not much into other sports but PopPilates got me hooked, so much fun and tough at the same time ;) Now I'm determinded to get my body back and be as happy and fit as a year ago :)

    I *just* found yr videos and I LUV yr energy, yr fun attitude n actually yr "boom boom up, boom boom tap", etc helps me keep up w/o having to turn n stare at the screen every 10sec.     I don't know if anyone knows why,but when I did the first workout,I kept getting cramp in my hips? so I had to keep stopping because it was PAINFUL! anybody know what I can do about this? or is that normal and I'm just being a hyperchondriac?😂

    everytime i do any exercise that requires one leg to be on the floor (like fire hydrants), the leg that is on the floor seems to always burn way more than the other leg that is moving :/
    i don't know if all the workouts are suppose to be like that.
    please help me :(

    I'm doing this for the two weeks before back to school, ill keep y'all updated
    DAY 1: My butt burned while doing the workout but obviously there aren't results after one day, I also did several other videos including the five minute flat abs workout.
    DAY 2: All the workouts were easier today but I was sore from yesterday. Everything was pretty easy but I suck at ab workouts. I changed the workout videos I'm doing a little but I'm still mostly doing the same videos.

    I love a good booty workout but I find that in the first two exercises, the hip of the leg that is kneeling on the floor REALLY hurts and my supporting arm can't reach the floor. I've checked my form and it looks proper to me. Anyone else have this issue?
    (PS: I still LOVE Blogilates workouts, which is why I want to figure out why this one causes me so much joint pain!)

      I get cramps too :/ first it makes a noise like it's broken and then the cramps idk what to do too it's the same with squats :(

      That happens to me too, I'm guessing you're double jointed like me. That's why it sounds like it's cracking, because it is! That's not bad though. If the cramps start after that, then drink some water and do some simple thigh/leg/butt stretches to relax your cramps. Arches work as well. 😋

      If your knees hurt when you squat put Dumbbells under your heels

      It might be a lack of flexibility! Try stretching your hips and after a while it might feel better:)

    I've been doing this video since it came out 8 years ago and it used to KILL me...still does, but I just did it with 2.5 lb ankle weight and ooooof. THAT killed me.

    WOW I just finished your 5 minutes abs workout and believe me Im SWEATING ..This is not for starters as I have been doing my routine abs crunches and I find some of the routine you demonstrated difficult ..But Im going to bookmark this video and practice it .Thanks I will give you a review at the end of 4 weeks .Can I tell you abs workout makes me STAY LONGER ..If you know what I mean .

    During the first moves, my supporting calve starts cramping up and I always fall over so I have to support myself with my other arm on the table. It also never hurts in my butt, only my knee and legs...

    I had to do these today lying on my side propped up on my elbow, I just couldn't do it up on my knee yet. It still burned really bad so hopefully I still did something!
