    Synopsis
    Everyday Blues is a documentary project about the realness of depression. It features people who have been clinically diagnosed with depression and are learning to cope with it. It dives into the ups and downs of depression and sheds light on what depression looks like, and how one can overcome it. The documentary aims to spark more conversations about depression as depression is currently affecting the younger generation at a pace never seen before. Cognitive Theory is the main theory used as the theoretical framework to explore how documentaries capture narratives based on true events.

    Very good topic to be working on. The content is good as well highlights the issue which a lot of people don't actually realise or choose to ignore "Depression and Anxiety doesn't actually a specific trigger"
