Actually the baby scenes and a lot of the very agile stuff were keyframe animated since even with newborns, no human has the agility and dexterity as a chimpanzee.

If will want going to be mentioned or appear anymore that on screen death would’ve been 100x the way to go and it would’ve been meaningful to Cesar and towards where things headed off for him smhh

Yeah, this explains why we didn't see him in the next film. But Will and Caesar saying goodbye was a better ending for them.

I would have honestly preferred if Will gets shot in the movie. Makes for a better ending than not telling us what happened at all.
