    Ingredients:
    All purpose flour 300g
    Instant yeast 4g
    Sugar 20g
    Egg 1pc (61 g+-)
    Milk 140g
    Salt 3g
    Unsalted butter 25g (for dough)
    Unsalted butter 90g ( for spread)
    200°C (390°F) bake for 10 minutes, then 166°C (330°F) bake for 6 minutes
