"During these unprecedented times, we are saddened that we are unable to gather to celebrate Obon as a Sangha. Despite challenges presented by COVID-19, our YBA decided we should still organize a project to honor those who have passed as well as continue to connect and celebrate Obon, the gathering of joy, together.
For this project, we decided we would share our Just Dance Odori, something unique to our area. In recent years, our dance instructor, Akemi Ito, has been blending traditional Japanese Odori with modern pop music.
Even during these difficult times we should remember to Just Dance!"
