North Korean regime is famously inflating numbers so they can show off as a great country, with biggest everything and most of everything (e.g. they say one of their leaders wrote like 100 books a day and people actually believe it because of propaganda). Also half of the blocks in Pyongyang are empty or not even finished construction, as DPRK citizen you are allowed to go to Pyongyang only if you're elite and only on the state's invitation. That's why it seems there's not many people around because there actually isn't.
I study Geography in final year at uni here in Ireland/Northern Ireland, I'd really appreciate a copy of the newspaper to show my uni class! We study conflict geographies in particular so it would be extremely relevant, keep up the good work Simon!

@@hellion9547 It depends what you want in a trip/holiday. It doesn’t give you a compete or whole view on the place you’re visiting. Seeing the more local and authentic areas although may not be as beautiful can give you a different and more genuine experience.

In Poland we also had something like this: shows visitors about cool places and they said we were super strong etc... and meanwhile the militia killed people

I do like Simon’s videos, it feels so natural, as if he is not aware that he is filming himself. It’s very watchable and has very good video editing. This is million times better than any travel programmes on TV, where it looks staged and the presenters are too corny.
