I am absolutely OBSESSED with trains, and the art that rolls on them. My dream when I’m older is to get a super high quality camera and go around British Columbia photographing trains at such scenic locations like this. Awesome video man!
Thank you for this fresh new look at trains in BC. There are many RR videos out there of these areas but none come close to your video quality. A wonderful selection of locations and some unique views of some locations I am sure have not been filmed before.
Been there, seen that, photographed it, I live in Calgary where 2-mile CPKC are common; but as a former professional photographer; highly impressed by the video.
Excellent, excellent, excellent,,,,,,, I am fairly new to video viewing although I enjoy observing railroad operations. As a suggestion, might you consider adding the direction of travel when showing the location? ie Ashcroft westbound or Ashcroft eastbound , thanks! Very much enjoy the scenes of BC. Many hours of filming are required for a video like this, so thank you!!
You’ve incorrectly labelled the shots at Summit Lake as “ Three Valley Gap “. The west switch of Clanwilliam is just by the east TCH overpass so it is accurate to label as Clanwilliam. Three Valley Gap is the next location west. Great video; really enjoying it.
That's a lot of effort to capture a lot of open space, spectacular scenery and provide drone operator work. Because I know luck must be involved, I hope you get lucky and can record some bear, moose, Sasquatch and even UFO/UAP action. Wouldn't that make your day? Ours too! Gracias por tu video. RT sends, envía, Colonia Centro Histórico, Puebla, México...
to bad the VLA rail is very costly to ride trains it is cheaper for me to drive than is to ride the trains Justin Trudeau's taxi service for hobos's cheaper to ride the rails that's why he flies around with our tax money i think he should let us ride the train cheaper too
I'm sorry my dear. I hope the blow to the side of your head did not cause any permanent damage and that you will recover soon from the neural spasms that you appear to be experiencing. Stay strong. ❤
Your drone footage taken at Glacier (Connaught Tunnel) is illegal. That location is in Glacier National Park and drones are prohibited. Violation is subject to very heavy fines and or imprisonment. I suggest you take the video down and remove any footage that violates those restrictions. It is unfortunate as there are some great clips.
opps you are correction it is in park. I'm sure I checked. ill self report to my contact person with Parks Canada. worked with them in past. Didn't drone in Banff or other parks, somehow I thought I was out of park. Thanks for letting me know
Excellent video, Thanks for presentation, from Germany

Awesome footage. I live in Kamloops, it is a great area for railfanning.
I agree! Within 3 hours of Kamloops in any direction might be best in world.
Nice video friend, very beautiful and different place, but does anyone have this route for the Microsolt MSTS simulator? What can you provide?
Thank you! I am not sure.

@@bjjasper You can sometimes figure out the direction of travel by the flow direction of the river in the video!
Great video. May I ask, which location is shown after 21:43 minutes until about 24:06 minutes? Awesome footage!
Thanks! 99% sure this spot, if not it is very close. 51.21379, -117.69533
Excellent videos. What drone are you using?
Thanks! Mavic Mini 3
Less cars, more power. ( good vids otherwise, love the drone shots.)
Thank you!
21:53 what's that Union Pacific loco doing trespassing in Canada?
Ha ha yes that looked odd
It's a common practice for Railroads to simply pay each other for using their engines instead of wasting time adding other Locomotives to the consist
I paused it and looked close . . . the initials are CP - couldn't believe it, not a full re-paint!!!
