- If you have a DN Solutions turning center, tool load management might be at the top of your list of features you want to know more about. Well, you’re in luck! That’s the topic Mark Christopher is covering in the latest episode of Know Your DN.

These are fantastic! I appreciate the effort to make these videos.
Only a small critique, the music volume is high and makes it a bit difficult to hear the instruction given.
For future topics, would it be possible to do a video about setting the Y offset for multi axis lathes?
Thanks again guys!
Nice!
Could you do a series on Ez guide conversational programming? There doesn't seem to be much available for training on this.
Thanks for your comment! We will add it to our list of potential topics for upcoming videos. We select our topics based on requests for information. FANUC also has some resources on this topic: th-cam.com/video/hgKZAdhp3_U/w-d-xo.html
here before anyone else
It is a really nice option that can save tools and workpieces. You could mention also the M200/M201 G code activation possibility also. Is there any chance of modifying values and limits of loss management through G code data input?
John, yes. As I mentioned in the video you can us G700 with a series of variables to define each tool. It is a little complex, so I intend to do a future video in how to cover this.
The example G code would look something like this: G700 M700 T56 Ax, Bx, Cx, Dx, Ex, Fx, Hx, Ix, Jx, Kx, Xx, Qx, Rx, Sx, Ux, Vx, Wx, Zx
@@markchristopher5809 dear Mark, I really thank you for pointing it out, I was checking the manual but I could not find. Something more on this topic, is there any possibility to activate record mode via g code? Or only monitor mode via M200/M201?
@@johnn.katsaoras4958 Only monitor mode can be controlled via M Code. The record mode has to be done with the buttons only.
@@johnn.katsaoras4958 No. Unfortunately you cannot activate record mode with a G or M code. It requires a human to interact with the control to put it in that mode.
