There are a few patterns out there with cup size but usually only go up to D cup in the big 3. But there are Indie pattern companies that make patterns for survey girls. I use those my niece. But if you are small and a DD like me it is easier to learn to do bust alterations. Lots of videos on this out there.

Just an FYI; all needles are not called "sharps". The term "Sharps" primarily denotes the needle point.
