Sorry for the reply one month after you uploaded, but is there any way to get a full list of mods you used here? This farm is like the one I grew up on in Louisiana and I'd love to make it.
Horses+ cattle guards =dead horse thanks to broken legs and damaged tendons. Get rid of the cattle guards and just put in
proper gates. Also barbed wire and horses is a no go without electric to keep them off it. The injuries are often horrific. I actually have a horse that was impaled on a T post by her butt cheek. Took out a cantaloupe sized chunk of flesh and took the former owner over a year to heal the wound.

I like a little mix of both.... A nice town for immersion and some empty fields to do as you wish is perfect for me. No mans land is a little too extreme for me but enjoy watching others to see what they come up with
Exactly i love having a small town somewhere in the map to make it feel less… dead if you get what I’m saying
This is probably the best farm I’ve seen yet. I love the tiers you did, and how you made a story for the older part of the farm. Very realistic, and very awesome
building farms is very fun part of FS but they most fix the fact you can't place anything on a hill. It is so dumb that everything has to be flat
Not sure how it works on console but on pc there is free placeable option by pressing V i think it was when placing stuff, it basically disables landscape when placing building. Sometimes it can still be pain to work with because without landscape you have to predict which parts of the building will end up underground and it changes building cost to base one without landscape.
Just press y on console mate and you can place it anywhere
This is my favorite map so far. I love that you have open land to truly start from scratch. What would make this map better:
- No starting equipment
- Turn the dirt trails into actual roads
- Spread out the sell points and add a small town here and there
- Add some more forested areas
Love the terrace look. Did the same on NML, overlooking the farm. Liked the way both styles of shed went together and mix of original and their replacements over the years.
I love these kinds of maps, So much fun building your own unique farm!

Love the build with the house on the hill with the horse stables below. Don’t put cattle guards anywhere near horses. Their legs aren’t build the same way as cattle.

Nice work! Looks really realistic. Wondering, how were you able to set multiple houses? I guess these do not have sleep trigger? And the pound... was it there or you did do it? I may miss sonething but, i do not remember any game tool to add water to a hole.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we se more maps like this in FS22. There are just more options to customize and decorate your farm. And even on PS4 the slot counts are high enough that we are able to do that more.
That info you have around your speedometer, what mod is it? Is it one on the game mods or is it one off a website? It looks good and prob something I'd like to have.
These are my fav maps cause the lands cheep and you can build fields they way you want them. The farm build is awesome but I might not like all the driving to and from feilds. I also like the crazy fast traffic on this map. It's currently my fav right now
I love maps like this im currently trying to be a silage king on western wilds like you … to scared to venture into other things at this point
I wanted to start on this map but havent figure out where, kind of like that lone tree south of shop but not sure how i want to start yet. It could be more interesting if there were more trees around map with forest ground texture.

I woulda added more water features, or at least a nice creek. And more decorations!
with the trex 600 you can get rid of the whole trees and you get woodchips, so if you landscape a bit, you're cliffspace is bigger

i like this kind of map. Where I live, town is 20 miles from farmland. I hate maps that are built in towns

I love a map like this but only if the could do something that u can sell the land to the consumer
My only complaint is the addition of the cattle guards. You don’t really need them for horses. Horses are kinda dumb. They will break their legs.

Overall it looks good but it's not the way I tend to make things. I tend to play a more, buy it as you need it style of gameplay so I feel like I might put a bit more thought into each purchase if that makes sense. Not having a go at you in any way just a different way of approaching things.

if you ask me, you would build exactly everything 1 meter from where you build your constructions .. Would be a little fresher..
its good for A BIT OF Both if you want to build houses sheds and if you just want your land for recreaction aND LEISURE

That ram looks just as feminine in game as it does in real life. Too bad it doesn't have the hemi tick and graham cracker transmission or it would be ultra realistic. Whoever made it, really did a fantastic job though. The paint, badges, trim all look really nice. Too bad it's not a manly truck though.
