Is it okay to use hair curler and hair spray everyday?

Yeah, just don't go past a certain temperature ( can vary depending on type of hair, for his kind of hair 180ºc -190ºc should be enough)
And hairspray is ok to use everyday, just make sure to wash it out.

Advised not to do it every day, it damages your hair and makes in brittle and easy to fall off, even with a heat protectant

Yes, I do it with a hair dryer. The difference is you're going to need to put a gel or wax in first before you start hair drying, and then put hairspray or more wax in after hair drying. It takes a pretty long time if you're using a blow-dryer

Yes. I always perm my hair and after few months ur perm will become wavy and u can have this hairstyle without using the hair curler (based on my experience) good luck!
