Interesting, similar to the Buick v6, small blocks and big block oil pumps except the gear housing bolts on where the Buicks the gear pocket is part of the timing cover. Cool stuff.
Uggg… just changed the pump. Never took bracket off. Now I have pressure when it’s cold but once hot drops back to zero. How hard is it to remove bracket?

I already installed my timing cover, now I have a new oil pump. I am going to use the old relief valve rather than remove the cover again.
