This is a very nicely presented piece. This is what the At-Ats on Hoth should have looked like, if only they had used X-Wings instead of the T-47 speeder.

I always head-canoned it as lack of fuel or something for the X-wings, that they couldn't risk using them against a ground attack and still be able to make an evacuation.
@@Teverell that makes at least as much sense as lack of munitions, Resupply on Hoth was always an issue.
