Raman is right.. normally in US & Canada, Uni charge around $100-150 as application fee for PhD. While in UK & Europe there is no such charge. But do keep in mind that US uni do give an option of applying for waiver of application fee during application process where you are required to write a 200-300 words essay explaining why you deserve/require application fee waiver.

Yes, that’s true. I got waivers for both my Duke and Dartmouth applications by submitting a proof showing my inability to pay such high fee. It doesn’t happen every time but I got lucky with those
I have funded offer from uni of Liverpool for phd but in the visa application, I have not given any of my bank details, just the sponsorship offer. Is that okay, no need for bank statement right? I already submitted biometric without bank details

Hi Hiba, I'm not 100% sure if it can cause any issues. But it would be better have consistent address across statements, in case the address is the same in reality as well.
Hey, I had the same situation actually. My bank statement had a different address than my Aadhar Card and so on. Still, I didn't face any issue/question during visa process.

I think you can do PhD in management. But in MBA M stands for masters. So technically MBA cannot have PhD programme.
