    Bhai isme jo brown bread hai uski jaga pe without wheat homemade multi grain bread use karsakte hai because muje wheat allergy ki problem hai and aapne jo protien smoothe shake bataya tha usme mai whey protien ki jaga koi aisa food bataaiye whey protien bohot expensive milta hai aur born vita,boost,etc bhi mai use nahi kar sakta kyu maine aage bataya ki muje wheat or wheat product like rava,maida,etc se bhi allergy hai

    Bro... can i follow this diet after morning workout?
    4 am- Carrot juice+ 1 banana+ 50gm grapes+ 1 orange
    5am-6.15am - gym workout
    6.25am- protein shake= 1scoop whey+ 300ml milk+ 2 banana+ 50gm oats+ 5 almonds + 2 walnuts+ 1spoon peanut butter - mixed all together
    12pm = lunch= cheese(sabzi) + chapaties(4)
    2pm- apple
    4pm - 2 slices of bread + peanut butter
    6pm - 300ml fruit juice of orange and anaar
    7pm- protein shake again .. same as in morning.
    8.30pm- boiled legumes (5types) + cheese mixed with lemon.......
    is this ok?
