Great video Noah, and congrats on your win at the trials! Question: Do you know which book Ralph was referring to when explaining the mechanics of a great start @ 9:48?

    • @noahlyles18

Thank you! The book is called “The Mechanics of Sprinting and Hurdling: 2022 Edition” and was written by Ralph himself.

You’re dedication to both track and especially Adidas is insane, because you wouldn’t sign my friends Nike spikes (it was funny though). Amazing job, and this video was really entertaining along with having really important insights.

Congrats on winning the 100m at Trials (job ain't finished!) and looking forward to see what else you can do. Keep that Goku swagger flowing!
