@@SouthforceProductionive heard to cut melodies below 200hz to leave room for the kick and 808 to avoid muddiness, but depending on the instrument/vst i used for the melody, the beat begins to sound less full and cheap after eq the low end out.
also, blending melodies together has been a pain because i like them all and don’t know how i should prioritize their leveling together. maybe you could cover your tips on leveling, eq,compressing, utilizing reverb, panning, maybe putting certain melodies in mono, and others in stereo. love your mixing tutorial videos, cheers!
in this way, you have more options for creative work. for example, you could not use a sidechain in some parts of the beat, or u could trim or stretch the ghost kick to make longer swells or make a smaller sidechain impact in some parts of the beat, or eq ghost kick and use just higher frequencies only, or use it just to pass a bit of transience without fully ducking the sound, also in combination with fx create dome ducking variations.... lol something like that. I hope u will understand what I mean. English is my 2nd language :) Let me know if you have any more questions

Very good example congrats, but one question i have if i may, whats the difference making a silent kick and sidechaining directly with the kick ?
what is a silent kick? just a thump with no transients/ high end?

silent kick is bacikly clone of a main kick but mutted used for triggering ducking of any sound that was sidchained to. @@asthmanaut3430
