One of the greatest piano pieces. When I first found your chanel my first thought where, he should play the way it is, and after looking thruogh your channel I found out that you did :) You play it so good.
I wish my mother would have put me in piano class rather than cello! What an amazing instrument and you killed this and had a lot of fun doing so! Great video man
I learned your cover years ago from the MIDI when I was starting out at piano... That's still one of my go-to songs to play! I prefer the slower tempo of this and you make it sound so full, killer intro as well. I've got a bit of work to do again haha.

As always absolutely cracking, beautiful playing and capture the song perfectly. Playing is not about perfection ( I'm and absolute testament to that having just started ) but about how the music makes you feel, you have that in spades.
I'm guessing Bruce Hornsby is a big inspiration ... his influence is growing in your content. Bruce never plays anything the same way twice. Personally I thought your initial cover was unbeatable and still do, but obviously you enjoy experimenting. It's strange how our experience with the piano eventually turns thought into finger motion .... and it gets better as the hours stack up. Apparently the brain gets a new structure so the younger we are the better we are likely to become.

Eu sou da época que The way It is estorou em todas as rádios, 1985, não tinha uma FM que não tocava ela, eu por sorte consegui o Song book partitura 5 of the best for piano, na época não tinha nem internet, celular, tudo era difícil, agora ele cria outra roupagem pra música que ficou beautiful, infelizmente a safra desse nipe e calibre não vamos ter mais! Essa música não envelhece nunca, e vem ele e cria outro arranjo monstro em cima!

beautiful cover! in the future you should try cutting out the audio from the vocal mic when your not singing so the piano doesnt get covered by the clacking of the keys, one of those things that once you notice it you cant unhear it... love the mixing of your vocal stack too! cant wait to hear more
Hi Mike! Thanks so much for the kind words, I am very glad you like it! So I did actually try and use a noise gate but it sounded really artificial, then I just automated the volume to drop when there's no singing but I couldn't get it to sound very nice or natural to take out the whole lot, so there is reduction, but only a few db which is probably not enough :P I will try a bit harder in the next one to cut out the noise because I deffo agree it's really a annoying sound ahaha! 😅😛
