Dude it took like 15 min to make a it company, and about 30 min to open a company bank account (first account needs some extra papers to be filled that are mandatory from goverment, they are to find tax and fraud). But yeah that is it, basicly takes a lunchbrake to create a IT company here, mine is 5+y old now ;)
Hi can someone please help me? I have e residency of Estonia but lives in Latvia and taking help of a service provider to open a company. They will provide me address , accounting and contact person but then they said if I am importing goods from india, it will be coming to my personal address in Latvia but can’t be on that company address in Estonia. Now the thing is I want to pay excise duty for importing and do all that procedure in Estonia not in Latvia., any ideas ??
