People already in the UK are applying with their dependents on care visa and are getting the visa. I personally know 2. Maybe HO is yet to kickstart the rule. But my advice is if you have COS, give it a go. You never know
This is what someone told me and when I asked her to connect me to the person apparently she didn’t get the gist well. The persons COS was issued before 11 March and she just applied. If this is really true and you saw it for yourself then it must be luck not the general rule

I have been saying it. People don’t read. They just read the part that suited them. Some Immigration Rules were updated last week but not the Healthcare visa. They should scroll down to dependents of skilled workers. They were Calling me hater.

Please i need to confirm aomething if already in the uk with dependants under the skilled worker route from last yr and is switching to new cos under same code [ still a carer], can dependants remain in uk or do they have to go back.thanks
Yes you can switch to another employer,this rule does not apply to you
But in the case where someone who was already on a healthcare route switches to another employer in the same job code. Will the new salary threshold apply?
