I've been to Mahane Yehuda many times. There are some great places to eat in the area. If you want to experience the heart of a city, go to the shuk -- especially before Shabbat!

I've got yet another question. I admire the order in Jerusalem and their people, but one thing I don't understand. At 38:22 I can see someone (a homeless person or a beggar) lying on the street who just intends to sleep (or is sleeping). Shouldn't such a person be taken care of by the police and taken to a shelter or similar place? Such behavior should be punishable. You can't just treat a sidewalk on one of the city's most important streets as a bedroom. But maybe I don't understand something. Could you please explain me this situation?

As far as I remember, this place appeared about a year ago and on this street next to Zion Square there is also a permanent bench... The police are constantly hovering around the bush and the city authorities know about it, but they can’t do anything or don’t want to.. But these people also don’t want to do anything, because it’s more convenient, it’s their choice. I try to emphasize such details in my videos, because not everything is chic in our kingdom...
