I just bought 2 Mevo 3 packs and was a little deflated learning their app only allows three at a time -… before I return one of the packages, do you think using NDI I could add 6 of them via OBS?
I realize this was a MEVO demo but when you said iMac and OBS it prompted me to ask.What iMac are you using? I'm using the newest Retina 5K, 27 iMac 2020 3.8 8core i7 with AMD RadPro 5500XT 8gb Also have 128 gb ram. It's dropping frames like mad when using OBS. What's odd is when I connect my 2013 Imac up, non of this happens. When I use my MBP 2017 it's fine too. Have you experienced dropped frames with your iMac if it's the new 2020 version? Anyone else out there have any input?

If I use Mevo Start as a capture source in OBS, can I still control its framing or reframing through my iPad?
Definitely! Whether you use NDI or Webcam mode, you still control the image and framing from your iPad, just now the output is to OBS instead of a stream destination.

Can you connect all three cameras Wirelessly in OBS?
Hi, I'm using 10 GoPro Hero 8 Black and Hero 9.. all wireless for a DJ Setup Multicam outside (even in the snow for winter) all on wifi foward OBS ..problem is: I have different delay between cameras.. and its not static. So I dont have any solution to fix the delay between cams because if varies in real time ..based on RTMP servers.. do this setup have a "sync" for wireless setups? and how many can we set together? thanks!
Hi there, when connecting to a software switcher, network traffic can cause a delay with any connected camera. Our Mevo Multicam App automatically syncs any connected cameras and streams directly to platforms or an RTMP destination. Learn more here: mevo.com/pages/multi-camera-app
If I have multiple mevo starts connected into OBS (for example one wired, and one NDI) how to I make changes to the crop and zoom in the app.
Do I have to use the multicam app? Or can I switch cameras in the regular camera app.
Hi David, at the moment each camera will need to be controlled in the Mevo Multicam App, though we are looking into better multicamera support for OBS in the future.
Has Mevo made a virtual cam server for the Mevo Plus? I need one real bad - thanks.

Hey Guys, just picked up the Mevo start, and was hoping to run them into OBS as you are demonstrating, but the webcam app only allows 1 camera at a time. Is it not possible to multi-stream?
With a wireless webcam, a maximum of one camera is supported at a time. For multiple sources in OBS, we recommend using the wired USB option, or NDI HX. For further support, please visit us at help.mevo.com.

Hi there, it's being completed via NDI not via the Mevo Wireless Webcam app. However you can use that if you wish but you must use Mevo Multicam to control multiple cameras. However in the video we are using NDI and recommend this method for multiple cameras to have their own source.

from which medium Mevo is connecting to Mac wirelessly? like is it from Bluetooth... if yes we can connected as many as we want and we can still Imac's wifi for internet?

How did you get the iPad on your screen into OBS?
Hi Toby, we used a screencasting app, Reflector, though its also possible through QuickTime and setting up a Window Capture in OBS.
This video makes me think that I can use NDI to set up a second Mevo cam on OBS. NDI seems to be an app to allow cell phones to be used as cameras. My 2nd Mevo cam doesn't even show up as an input. Do I need to be running this through my ipad? I'm trying to use OBS so I can get rid of using Mevo via my ipad. It crashes all the time when streaming and the graphic options are really limited on the ipad. How can I set up multiple Mevo cameras and run them on my computer for streaming without an ipad? I thought OBS would be the solution, am I doing something wrong?

I bought the cameras for 1 reason, to have wireless multi cameras stream all at once (not 1 angle/view at a time) and I want to use OBS for windows to do this. No one has effectively shown a step by step to do this. Can you help or point in right direction?

I'm trying to incorporate a MEvo with Boost connected to network via ethernet in OBS Studio on Windows 10 for church livestream services.. The Mevo is not recognized in OBS. I have a newer Mevo Start connected wirelessly that is recognized by OBS. How do I get the Mevo on Boost recognized? I'm trying to move from Livestream Studio 6 to OBS to cut back on computer resources.

I just purchased the start package for a live stream event. We want to insert b roll videos during the live stream. Is there any instructions specific to that?
At the moment only static graphics are supported, but our team is investigating other options for the future.

Can you connect mevo to OBS using windows 10. Can't find anything online. Tried connecting but OBS does not find Mevo when you click on device.
Certainly, the Webcam mode Will shows us at 2:45 works for all generations of Mevo cameras, or NDI workflow at 7:50 if you have a Mevo Start. Both workflows are the same for Windows (even if the demo is on Mac). If you need more help, give us a shout at www.help.mevo.com.

I bought the Mevo Start 3 Pack and Shure MV7 usb microphones, but they don’t seem to work with each other. Is there anyway to make this work or am I SOL?
Works fine for me in OBS, Zoom or Microsoft Teams

Wired Mevo to pc usb not connecting to windows 11 obs. Name shows up in droplist but is inactive. No longer will connect to my phone either… Has been shelved for about 8 months in storage case. What could be the issue I want to say it still works I’m just not connecting correct…

You don’t need to use virtual input, if you put the Mevo in NDI mode, The camera shows up in the sources list

You can use as many Mevo as you want using OBS using the Mevo in NDI mode.
Can I also pair a GoPro with all this?
Go Pro doesn't offer any sort of output that I am aware of so unfortunately not -Joseph
how come there is no option to run at 1080p when wired but only in NDI?
Each option has bandwidth and data limitations based on connection type, but we're always working on expanding the versatility of our products for future developments.
@@MevoCamera but if I connect with thunderbolt 3 cable shouldn't that have enough bandwidth to transmit 1080p?

Thanks for your comment, at the moment, Mevo can be used as a wired webcam with Windows, and wireless connectivity is in development.

NDI Virtual Import states that there is no NDI Source Found. My MEVO App states that NDI is on.

I know this is years later, but I need help. I am working on a non-profit video podcast for my Pastor, that is dying from CANCER. I have one Canon M50 without a clean HDMI, and I am tired of working around it. So this 1K investment seems better than buying 2 more Canon M50 Mark II with clean HDMIs. So, I want to take his show to a remote location and want to know if Logitech Mevo cameras is our answer and templates of working mobile setups.

3:00 mark I get I can get it but for others who I've spoken to who are switching to this software are having trouble with where you click or say where to.
@@TheOnlyEmmanuelCastro Oh, this was a live stream, not a post-produced video, so the sizing is exactly what was happening live so unfortunately we weren't able to make it larger in post.
