11:30 this one is obviously made of "kıyma meat", this is a variant of Döner but we actually dont count this one as real Döner. Real Döner variant is called Yaprak Döner and it's made of sliced+marinated meat as you guys can see at the begining of video.

Amazing street food. So yummy. The problem is, you can't have it daily. They mix the meat with some heavy animal fat for the great taste and your heart will give up sooner or later.
heavy fat is not necessarily correct, where I get my doner and get this, in the car mechanics area of town, tastes beyond this planet and has almost no visible fat. I hate fat. mmm.. You are right though about daily intake, I order the smallest possible portion once in fortnight. Which is about less than half the size of a big mac meal.
@@hexagonyazilim8254 Good deal. As a Middle Eastern man, I stay away from too much of it. As you get older, you have to, sadly, cut on it heavily. The problem is the amazing smell. 😄😄😄
my friend this is not a sandwich, this a step or 2 steps up from sandwich ) . I had awesome sandwiches as a kid 40 years ago here in turkey but that's not the case anymore our sandwiches taste like grass now. But doner is second to none. We are talking about awesome tasting shredded lamb and just bread with a little chopped onion if you like. This has no competition.

The first döner place is in Beşiktaş, KARADENİZ DÖNER: This established restaurant is known for its good quality döner, but be aware they can run out quickly. There might be a line, but it usually moves fast. DOĞU KARADENİZ PİDE & DÖNER: Located in the same area, this restaurant is another solid choice for döner. But I would recommend getting one of the Pide options or Lahmacun. Bonus: There's also a well-regarded pickle shop about 50 meters up the street from DOĞU KARADENİZ PİDE & DÖNER, on the left side. Their pickles and pickle juice are worth trying if you enjoy them.
Not only the doner kebab but also the breakfasts are very good in Istanbul. In fact, you can find all kinds of food, there are so many options. By the way, the most beautiful city in the world❤❤❤

MashAllah, Nice, Interesting. 👍🏻 I believe food is not so expensive in Turkey and definitely nutritious as olive oil is used more. Weather in Turkey is also nice. Summer temperatures go to maximum 27degrees and winter is cold down to 5degrees.
In Turkey, they make those kebabs by hand from real beef and lamb. Converting cheap cuts of meat into delicious food. In the US we get the disgusting food service tubes of mystery meat at all the kebab places. In this Turkey, you win!
First kebab was very diferent from second. First kebab was hand made and when cut it falls apart. Second was like minced, which comes out in slices! I know the second one is good, I need to try the first one, looks more genuine!
En Puebla México hay una comida que se originó del Kebab, se llaman tacos árabes, y aquí si hay verdaderos trompos (Kebab) de carne de 500 kg y se acaban diario, este trompo para aquí es pequeño 😊
This concept of layering slices of meat vertically is a masterclass of Mongol and Turkish culinary development. Kudos to the cultures who still cook delicious happiness old world style. There are many who revere the simplicity of a 4 season dish. No more, and no less. Pick your temperature and seasonings well.

Выглядит чрезвычайно аппетитно!
You can tell that when its made with actual meat scraps and fat that its gonna be the best kind of Döner!
Awesome video
