I worked at a Honda dealer in my early twenties from 96-99; these were my favorite Hondas. Honda was head and shoulders above everyone else, they were making great cars for people of all ages, from the younger kids who wanted a cool sporty car, to the grandma who wanted a reliable and fuel efficient economical car.
I own an Aztec Green 94 EJ1. I recently have decided my favorite color is the 1995 exclusive "Paradise Blue Green Pearl". When i get my car resprayed im going for the Paradise. It's like the Aztec, but more blue-ish, and darker.

My eg has been in my family for almost 20 years, from my dads first cars.; and my first car… JDM B16a, type r internals, brakes, and pretty much all stock.. no power windows, no power steering, but it is more than amazing for me… It has served its purpose, and still serves its purpose till this date.. I also own an ek but nothing I have driven compares to the joy of driving a simple, nimble, lightweight, eg death trap
I have a 1994 Honda Civic CX hatchback in Frost White. It has the stock block D15B7 with the D16Y8 VTEC cylinder head. S20 Si 92-95 transmission. Close ratio. Recaro SR3 seats. Front and rear. And more! This chassis takes modifications really well. So if you RPSDZN plan on making OEM+ then just revert back to stock. ICB Motorsport still sells parts and eBay has OEM parts for the 92-95 Civic too. Seems like your business should take off if your using an EG/EH to promote it. When I do sell mine, I'll instantly miss it. But I have a just as good 2009 Honda Fit Sport 5MT in Storm Silver Metallic. So I think I'll be good. 😅 It's still a Honda at the end of the day. Good luck with your Civic build and company growth 👍 🚘
Coolest ! I'm a total EH (sedans EG) fanboy , cheers from France ;) I bought my daily driven vogue silver 93 ESi EH9 3 years ago , unfortunately not totally stock : EG 9 interior (that I really like) , EG9 lip and "spoiler" , a 4 to 1 exhaust manifold , handmade stainless from front to back in original diameter , a chip to run on ethanol , and that's it . Of course it comes with that most hated D16Z6 , but I'm not going to swap for now , I like my matching numbers and you don't want to get caught with a swap , illegal here ... I'm just restoring and improving the chassis for my usage and will get rid of that heavy air cond. , even if it still works , I don't use it . That aztec green is soooo nice , but these headlights and orange flashers ??!!?? the previous owner had a weird taste ... Anyway , TE37 are going to look goooood if that's your plan , I'm eager to see what's coming next on your EG ! 👍👍
Always wanted one of these. I had a '91 Si in Tahitian green pearl and that car was my first love. Had a 2000 Si after that and I had nothing but problems with it. Now I drive a CR-V. 😏
nice car! I actually don't like them very much. They're great for the spirited driving, but the LA roads make them ride really rough. I am not sure which springs I have, I doubt its their softest spring though. Either way, I had 450/350# on my Integra, and it was the same thing.
1988-2000 is peak Honda, when the engineers were still in control Honorable mention to 2003 because that was the last good year for the S2000, and for the same reasons
I have to correct you that the 92-95 Civic Si did not come with power windows and doors locks, only the EX series. I had to convert mine using donor doors from a 2-door EX coupe.
@@MrCoBaker you mean from the year 93? Or all 92-95? Because I'm certain EG Si's came with power windows, but it is possible the early models did not some power options

Nice, yeah I saw one of those today. I know exactly what you're talking about
@ I’m stuck back and forth what I want to repaint it with. I might stick with the original OEM green
@@soren_prod yeah, I think OEM is best because it's hard to paint match the engine bay and door jams
@@RPSDZNTV yup, the more I think of it, the sunroof too, you’d basically have to take everything off the chassis

Im in GG Too. Im with you on keeping stock, im the same not needing a lot of power. Just a fun daily gokart for mr. 91' CRX here brotha.
Nice man, wave me down if you see me. It's too hot now a days to ride around with a swap and risk getting a clean car sent to the state ref!
@RPSDZNTV yup. It was easier back in the days, too much of a hassle now with swaps. I will flag you down if i see your car. 😆
Really cool to see this video. I currentlyown a red 94 si that is still all original I just had it repainted a couple of months ago it looks like new

haha, don't remind me about the death trap part
that's why I love my 09 Honda Fit. reminds me of the early hatchbacks
