    Here are the most common question
    Q: What did you use/where to get this material
    A: List of all materials with links for them are in the video description
    Q: the pipe doesn't fit in the harness
    A: I used CPVC Pipe (not PVC). Make sure you are printing the harness flat on the bed, some printers may have saggy stair steps causing extra material in the hole and you might have to sand to clean up or open the hole more.
    Q: Fabric tails fall of the pipe
    A: Stuffing the tail will help them stay on the pipe. Having a smaller opening for the fabric at the end helps it stay. Your angle of the pipe may be facing down to much so bend it upward more. You can always hot glue it to the pipe to permanently attach it or you can tape/velcro it in place.
    Q: How heavy is it
    A: That depends on how much stuffing you use and how long of the pipes you use. These will have a bit of weight and is better to have them either straight by your sides or do a clam shell shape around you to offset it. Recommend having a wider nylon strap for better support.
    Q: How to travel
    A: Mine fit in a car. You can also add to the base of the pipes male/female CPVC pipe threads to detach each of the tails.

    @MemoriesOfRain ปีที่แล้ว

    I don't know if you'll see this, but I printed the model I got from your site and for some reason, the 90-degree joints don't fit in the holes in the model? Should I just try to make the holes bigger myself? I'm honestly at a bit of a loss at this point. Any help would be extremely appreciated!

    • @TiffanyGordonCosplay
      @TiffanyGordonCosplay  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      First off thanks for getting my harness model! Things to check, make sure you are not rescaling the CAD for Printing and I would recommend printing it flat on your printer bed because if you change the orientation it may cause dropping on the holes. Second, make sure you are using CPVC pipes (not PVC) as the 90 degree joints may be different. For the 90 degree joints the smaller part should be what is glued into the hole and the larger part is what the CPVC pipe will insert into. Also depending on your printer settings it may cause there to be when you print more droop between each print line or overhangs. If it is off by a tiny bit you can also go back in with a sanding drum for small clean up to open the hole. Hope this helps!

    • @nekonyacosplay
      @nekonyacosplay 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I printed the model too and I ran across the same issue! I ended up purchasing some hobby wood and using a 21ml hole saw to drill and craft the part myself 😊

    i wish the tail could be bended. you know, like to change the tail's positions so it wont look stiff. what material can be use to create a bendable tail?

    • @TiffanyGordonCosplay
      @TiffanyGordonCosplay  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You would need to 100% redesign the the harness and attachment parts to have them bendable but personally I did not want them to bend as this would change the full peacock look that I wanted for the tails and your center of weight would be really off and hurt your back.

    • @nolent216
      @nolent216 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TiffanyGordonCosplay oo. because i seen this tail products on online shopping sites and some of them says bendable so i thought instead of buying them in such high price why not making one as it would not cost me that much but all DIYs.
