Yeah, I kind of agree. No disrespect to the guy but The media now are making out like he was a great prospect etc, but all he did was be in the papers an TV for a few weeks really. I'd never heard of him until this week, but yes there are many many others who have similar stories (but without the TV coverage at the time).
Full marks to this guy for how he has come back from such huge setbacks and is now helping a new generation of kids make their way in the game.
Fair play for his honesty and it must be hard to live with the fact that at the end of the day he completely bottled it
He was filling up it shows how much he's been affected.
So why was he banned from playing? They sort of glossed over that bit.
Hes my footy trainer
Is he good
look his face at 3:27....
Very sad.
It's real you bro?

Probably one of the most boring stories in football.
Totally overrated as a kid?
There's 1000s like him.

I think there's alot to learn from it aswell. Mental health and the players well being at young age hopefully that's massively improved since the 90s.
Then you're missing the point. Lots to learn here and he's overcome it all. I've more respect for him than most footballers who "made it".
George Best brother he is.
